We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PortugalIt seemed like processes were still in the works or staff in training -- it took over 40 minutes to do the check in, during which we were mistakenly billed extra (which was then compensated and we got a small discount too at the end of it so that was handled), there was some confusion about the keys (we had 2 keys for 1 person room, and 1 key for 2 person room), etc. When checking out the next day, the app through which we were instructed to check out was requiring us to pay for one of the rooms despite it being paid for already -- it got resolved in the reception too, just took a moment. We weren't informed that the bar at the spa was not open (depite lights being on etc), so we waited there until some other guests told us they were told to purchase beverages at the lobby and bring them to the spa -- would have been great to know that as well. In the restaurant, there was quite a wait to be seated despite there being plenty of empty tables and no line -- which was extra frustrating as we were traveling with a baby. We never received any apologies for any of the hassle or delays -- not a huge deal, but a smile and a couple of nice words would have gone a long way. So overall the hotel is very nice, spa and breakfast great, and the coworking space looks nice, so you can have a great stay there, but I wouldn't go there for anniversary / any special event as the chance of it being a bit of a hassle seems quite big and it kinda ruins the mood to go back and forth to the reception with questions and complaints, and possibly needing to wait quite long.
Great breakfast, amazing spa (multiple saunas, jacuzzi, cold water pool, a bit bigger pool indoors...). Overall modern and nice hotel. Rooms were on the smaller side but modern, clean, and had everything needed.

United KingdomThe fact that I didn't have enough time to make the most of it. There's sauna and jacuzzi at the roof top. I wish I could go but I had a busy schedule and only 24hrs in Helsinki.
The room was small and compact, which I enjoyed. For a solo traveller and for one night, you don't need much more. I wish more hotels adopted this compact and minimalist type of design.

AustraliaI wish I was able to check in sooner as I came from a 14 hour flight. I am not 100% sure, but I think I might have received food poisoning from the breakfast buffet ( I had not eaten much else after breakfast that could have caused this)
Despite the room being small it was very cozy and had everything I needed. The bed was comfy, the shower was really nice and the air condition kept really cool. I really love that they had a gluten free bread section and allergy labels on everything!
