The breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice of things to eat. There was a good selection of gluten free food too. The decor of the dining room was clean and light, elegant tables etc. Good black out blinds in the bedroom. We enjoyed the terrace bar

FinlandThere were not a single thing to list as a dislike. I had troubles to find the directions to the 7th floor deck for an evening drink, but then again Reception staff -explain all in detail on how to.. :)
Breakfast was great. Also the restaurant was amazing. Your waiter -Salvano, Waitress Jenny and Chef -Jim -all simply outstanding. You ticked all the boxes - Food & Service- 5 stars! From recomenadtio of the wine and food -exceptional ! Attention to details cannot be overlooked. Our stay was great experience thank to the people working at VALO . Way above expectation which is such a pleasant surprise! The location was fine, close to bus stops and Pasila center, also Pasila train station.

Finland- The hotel is a bit far. However, it is easy to reach it with tram or bus. - There are not many cafes and restaurants in the area.
- The room was spotless clean. - It was very convenient staying in this room with useful facilities, such as many electricity outlets, good internet and comfortable lighting. - The breakfast was awesome with excellent variety to suit picky eaters.

South Africa1. There is no closet in the room so you have to keep your clothes and shoes in your luggage.However they do have a rack to hang up jackets and coats 2. The shower has a maximum temperature of 38 degrees. When you use it it's lukewarm and some cold water comes out during the shower. 3. United KingdomIt’s not that I didn’t like it but it should be made clear for older guests that the compact room is compact and you can’t really walk around the bed - I wouldn’t recommend this for an older couple or someone with poor mobility.
I loved the aesthetic. I loved the spacing. I loved that even though we had an inside room we also had a view outside. The breakfasts was insanely good. There were many Finnish treats to try. the sauna area on the roof was lush. It is great you can use it even in a smart room for a small price. the staff were super friendly. The rooms were beautiful, practical and comfortable. Even a compact smart room was fab. It’s great that you can link your device to the TV and that the beds become desks. A very cool working area downstairs that we didn’t use but the chill area was relaxing. Just amazing value for money. Able to do online check in. 24/7 staffed desk. Amazing all round. Right next to several bus stops - so very easy to commute to more central area.

LatviaWe stayed for two days, from Friday to Sunday. on Saturday, when we went for a walk, they left a sign asking them to clean it up. the room was filled with trash, crumbs on the table. ran out of coffee and tea. But when we arrived there was no housekeeping :(
The style of the rooms is very cozy and modern. furniture and all accessories in the room created a homely atmosphere. There is a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea. Good breakfast where you can even eat salmon. Spa zone on the roof. Good area with plenty of transport. There is a 24 hour supermarket nearby.
