Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom- self check in machine did not work properly (for me and other guests) needed to wait in the reception queue 20 min+ - personal are careless and little rude (both reception and restaurant ) - TV did not work in 2 rooms ( was waiting for solution over 1,5 h while going down and up, wasting time) - TV had only 16 basic channels and no Netflix/HBO streaming - found someone's human TOE NAIL on the shelf near the bed (delux room) - something sticky was on the bathroom floor - they don't provide bath mat ( only body towels ) - the bathroom door was loud and creaky - very noisy ventilation, you can hear it even through earplugs

United StatesThe bed takes up most of the room. Please get rid of Fox cable station or at least add CNN and or BBC. Fox News is simply lies by any standard. The towels are not up to standard. No room in the bathroom The sink is too small. No hand or body cream. Need USB port. Did not like that one had to reserve a time for breakfast. What if you change your mind? You are stuck with the time you set. Then there is a mad rush to get into the eating area. That is just strange.
It is a nice clean modern hotel. Breakfast was good.

FranceI stayed at VALO HOTEL HELSINKI for 9 nights. Unfortunately the room was way too small (12m2) - you can’t even walk around properly to the other side of the bed! Also, I don’t like hotels which divide their clientele into 2 groups: one that has access to the Wellness area and the other that doesn’t. It just creates frustration. For the price I paid they could have offered me a better service. Also, they don’t even have a laundry room to wash your clothes if you are traveling for longer periods of time. They could have just offered to wash my clothes anyway, but of course they didn’t. When I asked to arrive at 14.00, meaning 2 hours before the check-in time (way late at 16.00!) I was told this would cost me 20€ extra, even though they are not losing anything by letting me have the first available room! I won’t be staying there again, even though the hotel has otherwise good facilities, especially on the ground floor.
The breakfast was varied and good quality. Good location - different buses can get you to the centre of Helsinki.

GermanyThe receptionist could not understand our (very good) English on the phone, later she could also hardly understand us offline, she has never unblocked the safety-box in our room, as a result we were unable to use it (which is not crucial, but disappointing). The frige in the room didn't work and another receptionist told us they won't even look at it, cause due to the small size of the rooms these friges break constanly and can not be repaired.

FinlandOur room is in 5th floor and unpleasant because there is a BAD ODOR inside the room, seems a STRONG ODOR 😅 seems when we continue stay there we will get SICK😅so my husband make a decision/conversation with the front desk and they transfer us in other room in 7th floor Nice room and fresh ”HAJUTON” but So sad the whole night we did not get sleep because of the noise of the elavator 😅
