Hot water was intermittent and took 4 call outs and then it wasn’t fixed. Bath leaked, took 2 call outs to fix. No air conditioning in the restaurants, so very hot when eating, cold food didn’t stay cold for long and there were birds and flies in the restaurants due to the open air concept. Food wasn’t replenished often enough during the breakfast buffet.

Their payment policies. First, I was told payment would need to be made at the hotel, then it was debited from my credit card at high forex rates. During the stay, they forced me to provide an extra $1000 authorisation for UPTO 30 days, even though I settled all bills at the time of leaving. Also, their lobby area is frankly not at par with the other 5-star hotels in Denarau.

The room was comfortable, staff are quite friendly and facilities reasonably good. Breakfast and dinner options are nice at the multiple venues, although these are some distance away.

The bins had not been emptied. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied for quite some time. The extraction fans in the bathroom also did not work and we were unable to open the door to the outside in the shower area.

Room was huge and very good. Lots of space. Very comfortable.

Room this time was very average . Wifi wouldn’t work - had to get assistance to room . Room was much lower grade than previous room a week earlier but a similar price which seemed strange .

The breakfast food could've been better and there were flys on the fruit. The birds outside are pretty cheeky they will gobble your breakfast before you do if not careful.

Sadly it was a brief stay, but as always the room and view were both beautiful. Large bath and walk in shower with seperate toilet. The washing machine and dryer are so handy also. Very comfortable stay.

Our bath leaked, the standing lamp did not work and the down light above the bed did not work either. It would have been more comfortable to have a security/fly screen on the balcony door as well.

The staff went above and beyond daily. The location was great, bed was comfortable and food was delicious.

Didn't like the beeping smoke alarm when we checked in to the room around 9pm. Took 3 phone calls to reception before someone arrived to address the matter at around 11pm. The faulty alarm was taken away and not replaced during our stay. Not a major issue but expected better of a 5 star resort.

Liked the weather, room, restaurants, views, pools, staff and proximity to the adult restaurant and pool. Bula bus was great.

As much as we loved the property we did not however enjoy all of the food and beverage facilities. The Nuku restaurant was lack luster and we left terribly disappointed. The Pad Thai was flavorless and bland. The coconut shrimp was the only delicious thing. The other issue we had was the spa bookings. We had booked a Premier Spa package which included a facial and 90 minute massage, however only received a 30-minute regular massage. This was quite disappointing but when we asked they assured us that we received what we booked. So be sure to verify spa treatment when you arrive.

Every staff member was always helpful and friendly, never hesitating to greet us or help with whatever we needed. The waitstaff at the Koro Restaurant and Bar were absolutely the best ever! The room was large and clean and we were provided with water bottles daily.

Shower or tap to rinse off from the beach would have been great - to avoid taking wet sand through the room.

Friendly staff from the beginning to end of our stay. Bus express to get around the accommodation is great. There’s a lot of water activities to do. The lolo buns at the buffet breakfast was amazing

It was clean, the staff was super friendly and it’s great that there’s an adult only pool and restaurant.
