adjoining rooms with families need more noise isolation. As kids and family next door were up at 6am and hearing someone clear out their nose in the shower wasn't great. Also domestic fights in the evening also weren't pleasant to hear your neighbour.

check in and service from all staff. all staff friendly happy to go above and beyond.

Beach is shallow but in saying that there are 2 pools, family and an adults only

Just not really our style, hard to relax unless you like sunloungers. Timing for available meals was tricky with a toddler. It'd be nice to have more casual and cheaper food options.

The pool is awesome, good for family trips. The rooms are nice and clean. The service everywhere in the resort is wonderful.

We have stayed here before, so sadly didn’t bother to check reviews. The standard has really dropped in recent years - we had a number of issues in the week we stayed. The friendly staff fixed things up on request, but they should not have happened in the first place!! Waited for an hour for drinks and food (which was then cold and unappetising). Overpriced food and drinks. In addition, I was going to post a photo of our revolting mattress, but decided not to. My warning: check the state of your mattress before getting into bed!

Great selection of restaurants which is good for a resort set away from town. The adults pool was excellent for some quiet time. The wonderful staff redeemed this stay.

Can't identify anything specific other than maybe more options for breakfast other than the buffet breakfast. The coffee shop didn't have any gluten free options which is important for my wife's diet.

Choice of places for dinner. Pool provided areas for all ages and competencies. Very family friendly with plenty of activities for all ages throughout the day.

- Wasn’t informed of the security bond requirement in advance. Would be beneficial to properly inform customers of this expense before arriving. - Pillows could’ve been more comfortable, and tend to go flat very quickly - More vegetarian options on restaurants/room service menus would’ve been nice - Breakfast buffet was quite pricy

- Very welcoming and friendly staff, always happy to help and greet you with a friendly “Bula”! - Hotel room was clean, had a beautiful view and very comfy beds. AC/ceiling fan worked well and dual shower heads was a massive plus! - Adults only pool was so peaceful any time we went there, and poolside bar service was great - Wide range of restaurants to choose from - Huge amount of activities for all ages. Highly recommend the Bebe Spa experience!

Curtains could have been a bit better to darken the room , the curtains weren't long enough to the floor and the light would stream in. But next time i'll bring my eye mask :D

Breakfast buffet was good, pools are good and swimming off the beach and snokelling! Awesome service from staff to pool areas and restaurant areas too.

The entire family got food poisoning (or some form of gastro) while at Outrigger Fiji, and had several horrible days of not leaving the hotel room. We ate and drank exclusively at the resort, and the resort website claimed the water was safe to drink - I'd recommend the website update their guidance to encourage guests to bring bottled water. We appreciate the staff looking after us and keeping our room clean while we were unwell.

Service was friendly and staff regularly going out of their way to look after us. Pools were both great, and the snorkelling right at the beach in front of the resort was terrific. Waterslide was a treat for the kids. The Meimei nanny service was good, giving us some much-needed adult time.

Food was a bit hit and miss depending on where you went.

Sprawling resort with plenty of open spaces that are well kept. Room was clean and tidy and with inter connecting rooms made it easy to feel like we were in a larger space together as a family.
