occasional glitches over booking restaurants but staff always sought to rectify and accomodate. renovations ongoing but minimal impact and if will be amazing

the staff make this place they are amazing there is a good range of facilities as well

People with pram should be in level 6, 7 or 8 but not in between with stairs all the time.

Food took on average 1.5-2 hours wait time from ordering for lunch and dinner. Renovations happening at lobby, shops were not all open for trading.

Rooms have been refurbished. Hospitality was amazing.

Distance from activities. Not really an opportunity to snorkel due to low tide.

Activities are not for everyone and not well explained. Need to download an app to know what is happening, lucky I had space in my phone if not planning will be harder. Food is expensive and average. Some areas were in construction. Beach is tricky as it has a lot of shells

Resort was packed with idiotic entitled guests that were highly inconsiderate of others. Too many kids.

The staff, waitstaff, housekeepers etc were exceptional & beautiful. They were attentive to your needs & fixed any issues that came up promptly. Second to none anywhere I've been in the world..I sincerely hope that the owners of this resort look after their staff & treat them well otherwise it will fall apart without them. Live music was a great feature with beautiful Fijian voices.

It was great for a family holiday the kids had a ball and it was a good mix of spending time with the kids and we could have some time to ourselves while the kids were in the kids club doing activities.

Sadly, as return guests to this property, we couldn’t help but noticing the property in general looks a bit tired. Though they are doing renovations of their main buffet restaurant, rooms and the reception, which we were not advised prior the trip, there is still need to pay attention to small details that would make a huge difference in the way the property presents to its guests. As an example, fixing small details such is the lifts, the lift power outlet which is loose, the marketing department signs on the lifts, paint the bar, freshen up guest toilets in common areas. We didn’t take photos because Imre don’t want to destroy this amazing hotel reputation. Just give real and heartfelt feedback.

Second time around for us. We got married there in 2017 We decided to take our kids this time around to revive our wedding and show them around. We always love staying at Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort, it holds a special place in our hearts. The staff are incredible, so friendly. We felt we knew them and are genuinely caring. Such warm welcome!

Unfortunately, our house keeping didn’t get completed until very late in the day. We would leave our room around 9am to go to breakfast, and head straight to the pool. Usually we’d go back to our room around 3ish to freshen up before our dinner reservation, and majority of the time our house keeping wasn’t completed - they’d come as we were freshing up which was somewhat of a inconvenience as I didn’t like being in the room while they freshened up our room. This might be because they run on ‘ Fiji ‘ time which as an Australian I am definitely not used to.

We LOVED outriggers!! This place is definitely for every type of traveller weather it’s kids, a couple, or an elderly couple! The staff are so incredibly friendly and they treat you like family. They will treat your kids like one of their own! They are so passionate about there culture and will make you feel at home. The restaurants at the resort are catered for everyone! There is a late night adults only bar, an adults only pool - but also a big main pool for the kids with a waterslide. They have a great app that allows you to locate all the activity’s, maps, shopping, and restaurant menus all from the app which makes everything SO convenient!! They have a lot of cultural activities that you pay extra for which are well worth it as I believe you truely get to experience the Fijian culture that way!

Breakfast buffet is expensive for what it is and is the same each day. A lot of the sun loungers offered no shade - no umbrellas at all.

The resort staff are lovely, very welcoming and working hard in the hot sun. The general vibe of the resort is good for families.

Activities were quite expensive. Water activities were restricted to twice a day - 7am and/or 7pm.

The sound of construction is hard to avoid when upgrading a facility but the early morning starts on the power tools were a killer.

The most welcoming and kind staff! The kids pool and adults only pool with swim up bar were fantastic. I wish the water slide was up and running… would’ve been a game changer for my nieces and nephews!

It is pretty far from anything. We didn’t do anything else besides stay at the resort. It is a bit outdated in some areas. But it looked like they were doing renovations.

It was a lovely resort. Lots of swimming spaces, friendly staff, near the beach and nice rooms

The check in process was long winded, arduous and time consuming. Surely in this day and age with online facilities one would expect to have this process streamlined.
