I cant think of anything that I didnt like but I would encourage you to listen to your customers when they complain or make suggestions and act on the issue. You cant improve your product if you dont take the customers' words seriously. Thank you.

We have stayed with and at the Gateway Hotel since 1998 because of the convenience of the location to the Airport n the free transfer. Usually with our large family, we send the luggage on the transfer and we walk across ourselves to the airport. We were last there in 2016 and we noticed the refurbishment and changes made around the dining room/restaurant, the bar (coffee) near the pool and in the rooms.

It's a shame the spa was not open during my stay.

Nice airport hotel, literally in front of the airport but the area is quiet and relaxing. My room was very comfortable, good size with a nice garden and mountain view. Helpful staff. Would stay here again.

The convenience of complimentary shuttle to or from airport unmatched. Excellent facilities at location including terrific large pool that was well presented & maintained. On-site shops and cafes were rated best in Nadi.

Though the location is good for those who want to be near the airport, it's about a 10-15 drive away from Nadi town. You need to get a taxi to get to anywhere worth visiting. We were prepared for this, but worth noting if you dont want to pay for taxis everyday. Wifi isn't included as part of your booking, so you have to pay extra. The restaurant doesn't have the widest range of foods on it's menu, or as part of it's continental breakfast.

The hotel is only a 2 min walk from the airport, which makes it really convenient to get a taxi, and to get to if you're catching a plane. The staff were 10/10, really helpful, friendly. One of the ladies went out of her way to check if they something we were looking for. The hotel was really clean.

Being picked up from the airport as requested!

Easy access from the airport (though I did ask for a pickup and no-one arrived). I never mentioned this at the time as it was easy to walk across to the hotel. Lovely, clean pool. Gym had a fair amount of equipment in good order. Staff were friendly. Food was good without being exceptional. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was good.

We stayed here on arrival to Fiji the week before, so this was our second visit. Love the comfort and size of the rooms. Pleasantly surprised to be able to extend our stay until 4pm, at reasonable expense. This enabled us to swim and totally be fresh for our return flight last night. (Hotel fully booked most nights so they were unable to confirm availability for the extra half day until our return). Breakfast provisions fully stocked for continental breakfast, although this time we had the delicious big breakfast. Free airport transfer great. Staff friendly and helpful.

This Airport Hotel is like a resort. Loved the pool and the pool slide. Room was small but nice and very clean and excellent value for money. Food was nice and reasonably priced. Staff were excellent. Loved our stay
