We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe didn’t realise when we booked it was two single beds and when we requested a double bed we were told it costs a extra $180 which we agreed to as it was the end of our honeymoon, then we were taken to another room where we opened the door into occupied room, this caused the occupants a lot of distress. We were then left To wait and again moved to another room, great room but we overlooked the construction site and the bed was like sleeping on a rock. So very little sleep. Need some outdoor furniture in the tiny balcony.
The location is ideal for the airport transfer, 24 hr reception and transfers what an amazing service. The pool side cocktails and dinner spot on.

New ZealandRoom key card kept malfunctioning, had to walk all the way back to reception to have it fixed to gain entrance to our room more than once a day. Sewage like smell from outside our balcony.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were deluxe doubles with balcony view and we booked 4 rooms as we travelled as a family to celebrate my daughters 16th. Very accommodating and would recommend to anyone as location is right across from the Nadi airport. Bus stop right outside and taxis and shuttles were prompt when booked.
