Nothing!! We loved every aspect.

Everything!!! We stayed there because it was across the road from the airport and we had an early flight. We thought it would be simple for the price, but boy were we wrong! The staff were so lovely and the rooms were beautiful- and the pool!!! Oh my goodness, it was very impressive!!! Truly have never stayed at a nicer airport hotel!!

There were ants in our room all over the walls and the food was bad. The food was selling for restaurant value but bad no flavour and burger and chips are soggy

Nothing wrong with our stay

I wasnt expecting much from this hotel but it was great! Rooms are very clean and big. The surrounding gardens are beautiful and the hotel restaurant was great! Food was delicious and service very friendly. We didnt have time to use the pool but it looked great. Our kids also loved the fact that although we were in one room, they had their own space with their own tv and bunk beds.

Only down side was ants but we found that's a problem across fiji.

Close to the airport reasonably priced air conditioning was perfect great for a couple of Nights.

Unfortunately service wasn’t the best for us especially at the restaurant. They took so long to take our food orders and to bring simple things like milk to the table. It was also very stupid and non-sense to ask people to wear more covered clothes during the day when you are in an island with tropical humid weather.

So handy for transiting to the airport, it’s across the road and they also offer a free shuttle. Bed comfy, good for a short stay. We will be back after or before our flight next time.

Our check in was very slow. For some reason the two rooms on one reservation were not properly linked and one room was not available when it should have been. I'm wondering if its an issue with booking.com because it happened both time I used it this trip.

We had ground floor rooms and we found them very very noisy throughout the night with people wheeling suitcases past. The keys to the rooms didn’t work so we had to be escorted to our rooms each time we left. Location was fantastic next to the airport. There was hair in the bathroom when we arrived which is a pet hate of mine. The staff were very kind and polite. It was fine but wouldn’t recommend it overall.

Location, meals, customer service, approachable staff , entertainment, refurbished room, easy access to public transport to Nadi and Lautoka.

Rooms are dated. Reception is a busy place.... as I was trying to check in and out, the person serving me kept answering the phone, which made the process a lengthy one.

The hotel is literally at the end of the airport carpark, which is super handy. Food was good as was the live music.
