There was a large group staying there, so we were "upgraded" to the honeymoon suite with great views but impossible to get to the beach, office, pool etc. Yeah it would have been great for honeymooners, not for a family with a child, who wanted to enjoy the facilities instead of being stuck on the top level. Wifi was terrible and when it rained, it got really slippery and more difficult to get down to the beach etc.

Not a great stay. The door didn't lock without a lot of effort and luck and the window didn't shut properly allowing room for mosquitoes to get in. Our power went out on the first night. We assumed it was the whole place but just us and one other room. We rang first thing in the morning after sweating thru a hot night with no sleep, no aircon no kettle for coffee in the morning and worst, no hot shower. We were told it was just a fuse switch with a laugh. Not funny to us. We also had a family next to us and although individual villas you could hear the kids screaming as though they were in our room. We complained to the manager and they moved us to another room the next day and gave us a generic typed apology letter and fruit bowl. Felt super insincere. Also the music from the pool plays loudly all day, even when no one is there. No relaxing listening to the waves at this place.

The pool was nice. Beach across the road nice is not for swimming though

"I was disappointed with my stay at The Crows Nest Resort, which fell short of my expectations. The WiFi connectivity was unreliable, with frequent outages in the rooms, a issue that seems to be a common complaint among guests. The breakfast offerings were underwhelming and lacked variety. Considering the high prices for the stay, I expected a better value for my money. Additionally, the bed frame was precariously close to the bed, posing a hazard for guests, as evidenced by the scratched floor. I hope the resort addresses these issues to enhance the guest experience. Until then, I cannot recommend it to others or plan to return." .

It was nice to have a beach view.

The restaurant! The chef is amazing! The best Indian and Sri Lankan food….i would travel to crows nest just for the food! The view was divine. Good hot water The service was ok.

The toilet was blocked. White towel was yellowish, was not washed well, floor was old, and whole villa smell of old musky smell.

The view was beautiful and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was fair.

The breakfast could have been much better to include yogurt and more selection of healthier whole foods, brown bread and proteins like boiled eggs

Although the location was out of the way from the main centre - it was close to a nice beach and has a pleasant outlook/view

Less fruits you guys could've provided a variety of fruits and also the breakfast menu...the money we spent does not match the type of breakfast that was provided and also your staff that were serving if they could be asked to smile more often..A little customer service training won't hurt.Also how their wasn't any connections in the room..it really sucked

Apart from the breakfast issue and the locks the workers were courteous and welcoming. How about some background music in the bar during happy hour? How about getting better WIFI over to the whole fascility not just the bar and reception area??

Continental Breakfast can be improved with improved items at minimal additional cost. No oats, nuts and grains? Tropical fruit items could be displayed better and the size and handling of ripe pawpaw's reviewed. The locks in our LUX 4 was broken and maintenance acted smartly to correct.

Loved the facilities and the peacefulness. We had family staying at the outrigger resort and we visited them there and it was lovely to come back to crows nest as it was peaceful! It was way cheaper for drinks and kai then the outrigger. The pool was beautiful. amazing views of the ocean every room would have a oceanview. Excellent choice if you are travelling as a family group!

It is such a beautiful place that has so much more potential. There was little to no cell reception and with that, I reckon the hotel should at least provide wifi that guests could use comfortably in their rooms rather than walking all the way to the reception or the dining area. Really questions whether you’re getting our money's worth.

uncomfortable beds, no tv, drain caps in bath floor were holes that you could see in, staff sleeping under our room, back door didn’t lock. Breakfast included is toast and fruit

No working phone, shower had no curtain or screen so water went everywhere. No wifi nor cell service to organise leisure trips.

No wifi at all, even our phone network didn't work there. Hotel advertised continental breakfast but we only had bread butter and corn flakes. Had to pay extra for any hot breakfast. I paid $406 dollars for a night just to sleep there. Lucky i only booked for a night.
