We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Really lovely apartment in the town. Secure parking (behind security gate) with no height limit - ideal for those travelling with a full car & roof box, without needing to unpack everything. The apartment was really lovely, spacious and a much more pleasant place to stop than IBIS type hotels. Also the fact that we could book for a single night only. Would love to return to Orleans with more time to spend there and would definitely try to book the same apartment again. Thank you Sylvie!

United KingdomIts totally not the fault of the owner, but our only word of caution is somewhat to be expected. You're in the downtown city centre and right on a tram line and so it does become a little noisy. Cars and trams do run right through the evening. I slept great, but others might be more sensitive to noise.
Was a really comfortable property, clean, amazing shower pressure, very nice wide open space and plenty of room. Parking was easy and safe with a security gate and the host was really nice when she met us. Great location to access restaurants and for a walk around town.

The location is great with a secure parking onsite for free. The owner is very welcoming, friendly, and always replies very promptly. The whole unit is quite spacious with 2 toilets, which is very suitable for a family or group.
