The rooms and bathrooms are small. I know that is common for Europe and it was not a problem for us but “bigger” persons may be inconvenienced.

The service was excellent. (Especially Clare.) The outdoor area on the rooftop was lovely. The availability of juices d snacks was an extra warm touch. The location was superb.

Generally, I thought the carpet in the elevator, hall, and half of my room that looked like cobble stone was odd. It was actually an out-of-focus photograph of cobble stone printed on carpet. I would not have chosen it. But worse, was having shag carpet in the rest of my room. The shag, along with its grayish color, gave the impression of it being dirty. it's hard to say if it really was dirty or clean. I also did not like that I could not open the privacy cover over the glass door (to have natural light) without pulling it away from the Velcro strip (and later needing to reattach it) at the top of the balcony door. The worst part of my stay, though, was the stink from the shower drain! After the first night, I asked for someone to take care of it, so they poured an enzyme solution down the drain which helped for one night (but I stayed 5 nights). I also had to keep the door to the shower closed except when I was using it. I think there is a gap somewhere in the building's drain (stack) which allows the sewer gas to escape when some part of the 'stack' is is flushed. They should have a plumber inspect/repair it.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice (variety, quantity, great orange juice(!), coffee, etc.) and the snacks in the evening were a bonus. The roof top terrace was very nice. The size of my room was more than adequate and I liked the little balcony. The location was convenient for visiting my family, to important tourist sights in Paris and to public trans portion, as well as taxis.

On the first morning our shower drain was blocked and the water overflowed everywhere including the carpet in the main room, however and to their credit when we reported the matter to the staff they arranged for maintenance to attend and fix the problem immediately. We had no issues with the shower from then on.

The location was fantastic, lots of great bistros and interesting shops around and the staff were lovely and super helpful.

First of all fantastic location, just few steps away from the iconic Eiffel Tower. But it's not crowded, sorrounded by amazing boutiques and cafés. Hotel I sell and cozy. Rooms are big enough, nice and clean shower. bed is very comfortable! Staff is polite and friendly. We also enjoyed breakfast,I loved the scrambled eggs because they were seasoned really well!

No shampoo and conditioner

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. We arrived at 12:00 and our checking was at 15:00 so they kept our luggage and me and my friend when to explore the city and back only at 19:00 and the checking was very smooth and quickly, location close to major attractions.", lovely area, a lot of shops around . I am definitely staying again and recommend the hotel :). Big thank you to the lovely manager in the hotel!!
