A very modern and clean property. Our room was very spacious and had a completely new bathroom. The lobby and bar looked amazing. Also, the location is perfect. Most of the monuments are within walking distance.

I had to request certain amenities that should have already been in the room such as an iron. One reception staff was incredibly rude. The breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming. The room was musky and outdated and we ended up making a complaint regarding chemical smells coming from the fumigation of the room next door, there were workers in hazmat suits spraying unconfined chemicals through a room with the door open so the hall, lift and our room were affected by the smell. Extremely disappointing for the price point and a bad reflection of Paris

They didn’t provide clean towels every day. The photos were also misleading. Also my mother fell in the lobby because the entry way is not even and her shoes got caught. She is lucky she didn’t break anything or hit her head.

Everything was perfect.

The location is superb. I was travelling with my friend and we felt so safe around district 7. In my opinion, definitely the prettiest, most Parisian area. The hotel was spotless, great facilities, very cosy bed and pillows. Nicely stocked mini fridge, dressing gowns and slippers (always a must) and a lovely, welcoming touch with the free snacks in the reception/dining area. Big thanks to Sebastian and Marcus - What lovely, friendly, attentive staff, who couldn’t do enough, we had a lot of questions and nothing was too much trouble. It always takes me so long to book a hotel, I weigh up all the options, location, opulence, comfort, value for money, etc. this ticks every box.

I really liked this accommodation. It is located in the heart of the city center, you can also see the Eiffel Tower. 😍A modern, clean style hotel. It was very comfortable and met all our needs. The arrangement of the bathroom was special, the furnishings of the room were clean and modern. The roof terrace has a pleasant atmosphere and it feels good to relax there and enjoy the panorama. 🤩The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. All staff members were very nice. We loved this accommodation, the next time we are in Paris I will definitely book here again. The location is perfect, all attractions are easily accessible, and public transportation is good. Everything was perfect.🥰

There were many aspects I didn’t enjoy. The hotel was not very clean. We saw a mouse in the dining area and when we told staff they said we should expect this in Paris. One of my friends airpods were taken from her room and she was told by management that their staff was working for them for years and that they trusted them. She was later asked to call the police to file a report. We had a packed agenda and airpods didn’t seem worth wasting a day speaking with police. Our group decided to put the “do not distrub” signs up so that the cleaning crew didn’t go in anymore. Despite the sign being up they would still go in. On another occasion a party in my group was provided a key to my room without my authorization. There was also a night that my friends went out and I stayed at the hotel. I asked them to get me something to eat and they decided to Uber it to me. It got pretty late so I fell asleep and was woken by the phone ringing. The guy at the front desk kept yelling at me to open the door something about my delivery and to go to the front desk. I put some clothes on and ran downstairs while I talked to my friends to explained the situation. When I made it to the lobby the guy was yelling at me from the top of his lungs. I was half asleep so I took the bag and went to my room. Overall I would say they were very rude and unprofessional. For $240 euros a night I am sure you can find a much better place.

I enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, Eiffel tower, shopping, museums, etc.

There was a sewer-type smell in the room all the time. Hallways were carpeted to looked like cobblestone streets and created an "off" illusion when walking - made us fell like we were walking on a slanted surface. Toilet room door was covered with black carpet? Would not stay here again.

It was clean and located close to Rue Cler area.

I stayed at 7 Eiffel for 3 nights and I absolutely loved it. The hotel has the best location in town: 2min walking from metro and about 10min from the Eiffel Tower (7 Arr.) The room was modern, very well decorated and really comfortable. As for breakfast, it was delicious and the hotel also offers free food (mini snacks) during the afternoon. Also, the hotel provides umbrellas to its guests. This is such a great initiative and it was super useful to me on rainy days. I couldn't have picked a better hotel, it exceeded my expectations!

Not a single thing.

Everything from the getgo we well with this establishment. I originally booked an airbnb, but the place had issues. Knowing these issues were present, we booked Le 7 Eiffel just in case several days out so we could cancel if needed. Well, we needed it and we were lucky to be able to check in early. I would recommend skipping this whole fiasco and just book this place. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Say hello to Renaud for me, he was great.
