In comparison to the public areas, the room was a bit bland. It was perfectly functional though and big enough for us and the dog.

Great integration of modern elements into this traditional building. Lovely staff, nice room and a beautiful setting. The public areas are full of beautiful furniture and great art.

This was our first visit to Montauban, so we had some difficulty finding the narrow entrance way to the interior parking area. Once the construction is done on the hotel extension, I am sure that issue will be resolved.

Everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a small suite which was perfect for my wife and son. The restaurant had excellent food. The hotel was just a short walk to the center of Montauban.

Not enough shade around pool, only 3 umbrellas. Room a bit soulless. Quite a large hotel so has functions. The hotel doesn't let this affect daily running but some of these types of guests can be quite noisy.

We had a complimentary room upgrade with Booking.com but they missed this on the booking and we had to go back to reception with the room key and point out they had not given us our upgrade. Wifi was pretty weak and reception staff added me to their staff Wifi

Lovely size room and nicely furnished. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Nice fluffy towels. Good parking. Convenient location just a short walk from town and restaurants.

Room was large (although perhaps we were upgraded as our booking could not be found even tho payt had been made). Separate bath, shower and toilet room, the latter is unusual in our experience but welcome. Well presented hotel, an easy 10 minute walk from the main town square. Good breakfast and friendly staff throughout. The town was very quiet but it was February and quite cold.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Spa - I prefer swimming in cool water so very glad the pool was open even although it was later in the season. Massage was excellent & the food very good.

Our only minor item was that the chef wasn't working 1 of the days we were there for dinner and was more a snack dinner vs. the fantastic dinner the day prior.

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the pool and also the restaurant. Great courtyard to eat outside for both breakfast and dinner made for a lovely time. The historic property was also very interesting on its history.

The hotel wasn’t in the best area and it looked a little unappealing from the outside and there w@ rubbish overflowing from their bins on the street. Service was slow for drinks and supper but the one guy who was there was doing the very best that he could.

The hotel was lovely overall. Comfy room, good food and very pretty pool area.

when we arrived around noon we were tired and thirsty. but reception indicated that the bar and restaurant weren’t open. no way of getting a drink. Very inexperienced reception staff didn’t tell us that there was a coffee machine that we could have used. Also on a subsequent morning, when no coffee pods had been left in our “deluxe” room, I was sent to the breakfast room to find them on my own. reception staff should have done this.

The dinner at the hotel restaurant was pretty bad that night. The meat wasn't just edible and we had to return our plates. We weren't the only guest who did so that night. No apology from the restaurant at all and we were fully charged. Just when we came back to our room, they had a blackout. No notice from the hotel, either, so I called the reception and receptionist just told us we must wait another 10 min or so.... Well, it was not too bad as we could enjoy the dark sky full of stars.

The swimming pool was really refreshing as it was an extremely hot day when we visited there.
