The man at reception was trying to get us extra money for taxes. We refused to pay any money because Booking.com website clearly says "price includes taxes..."

Air conditioning would have been nice for the hot summer months.

Friendly staff at reception, smooth check in. Comfortable rooms and felt very secure with multiple locked doors into the hotel. Decent breakfast considering the relatively low cost.

The cost of the breakfast meant that we went out rather than ate there. Lack of air conditioning which wouldn't normally have been a problem but it reached 39C during our visit.

Staff welcome was exceptional. We enjoyed it being an apartment but with a light hotel structure around it to help us if needed. Coffee machine with great coffee Free Panama hats that we used everyday and were very grateful for. Opposite a great little supermarket. Balcony with large windows that we could open fully. We appreciated the fan. The TV was v simple to use.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with a metro station nearby and a well-stocked store just around the corner, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Despite the small yet comfortable bed and the room facing a busy road, the soundproofing is commendable, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The bathroom is spacious, and while the breakfast offers all the essentials with a nice touch of self-cooked eggs, the staff keeps everything immaculate. The friendly personnel add to the pleasant experience, making it a solid choice for travelers.

The room was more or less a standard hotel room with a small kitchen, so don't book expecting an apartment! The bathroom is not very well ventilated and there is unfortunately no way to safely open the window while you're away, so the room can get damp and hot if you're not careful. A safe would also have been appreciated, and though I didn't need it the room did not come equipped with a telephone as was described. Finally, while the location is very convenient it isn't particularly special; my room had the view (and noise) of the highway on the bridge.

The room was clean enough and the kitchenette is quite nice if you're staying for a bit longer: there is even a fridge! The bathroom is also good: while the ceiling was a little low for me it did come with a bathtub. The hotel is close to the train station and walking distance from the town center, so it's very reachable without a car. The hotel was also pretty quiet during my stay.

Room was comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. Kitchenette was well kitted out . All was clean and comfortable. Great location to get into central Paris easily. Just 5 minutes from the station, then just over 35 minutes by train into Paris.

The entire hotel needs a serious cleaning! to wash curtains!!! Apart from the bed linen, everything was so dusty and stale/smelly! A serious cleaning would make me go there again!

It was located on a busy road and it was very hot while we were there so we had to have the window open which made it difficult to sleep because of the noise. We had a fan but three other members of our group did not and it was very hot!!

Please let me say that this is NOT a hateful review but my honest response to the experience in this place for the 4 nights. The apartment is a one bedroom with living room converted to sleep om the extensible couch. The room was very cold, the temperature was blocked at 19C and when I have asked for a possible increase as I could not get warm with the flu that I caught, the receptionist said is not possible and have arrenged one spare blanket for myself only. Another issue was with the hot water later in the evening so please prepare for that. The car park price on the website was not accurate so we have been asked for more (ended up parking on the street as it was free of charge) and we have been also asked to pay for a tourist fee of £8pp, never had a receipt for it or ever been mentioned previous(we have stayed in Calais the day before and we did not have to pay that fee there). I really hope that this is helpful if you are planning to stay here, is doable but frustrating when it hits you unprepared.

The location of the premises was perfect for travelling to Paris and the price was very acceptable for a family of 4. Clean rooms, bed sheets and towels (NO cleaning if you stay less than a week). Dishes provided, cluttery, cofee maker (only 2 coffees for 4 people) so you can prepare food and drinks in the room if intending to do so. They have breakfast downstairs that you can book for in advance.

This flat was very nice, clean, calm. Nice new bed, kitchen, bathroom.... All workers they are very kind people. I have never been there France before. This country absolutly amazing place and Paris just fantastic and Disneyland soo magical ! Poissy to Paris by metro is just 30 min. If you go there you don't need anything just bankcard.... :-)))))) Thank you for everything never forget my christmas time! Happy New Year ! Susanne from Hungary

Hallways weren't clean, and some of the amenities in the room were quite outdated. Breakfast was bare minimum as well.

The location was not great , and the noise was loud inside at night as there were families living there in small rooms so children playing , people Cooking and moving furniture late into the night . It was not very quiet but the room was clean and staff very lovely .
