It was fairly easy to take the metro to the center of Paris, a 10-15 minute walk to the station. If you don’t want to travel all the way in, the surrounding area has some nice restaurants too

There was no way to enter the hotel. I was given a door code which was incorrect. I had to follow other customers inside in order to reach the front desk. I was then given the front door code once I checked in.

You can store your luggage before your room is ready. Room was simple and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Location is 10 minutes away from the train stations and close to cafes and supermarkets.

The employee at the reception. Very disrespectful, not helping, talking to me as he forgot that I’m a client. Absolutely unbelievable, never seen that in my whole life.

The room and the location were great and convenient. The breakfast lady was also very nice and careful.

No drinking water provided in the room!!!! Not even when asked....they say you need to buy water from the vending machine in the lobby...senseless.

The location is far from the true center of Paris, and is very quiet to be walking around late at night. The wifi only worked for the first 2 nights I was there, I went down to ask but nobody was at the front desk. I noticed when returning my key card that the password had been changed-next time ensure you give notice to guests. The pictures are not up to date. The property needs updating, the room looked rough and uncomfortable due to the extensive use, and wasn't worth the price. The bathroom had an awful smell from the water. There could be better signage in the elevators and halls, and maybe a better color than dark brown as the sensor light on the floor was slow to turn on in the evenings when returning which made it impossible to navigate. One of the older male staff members came outside, stood in the entrance and gave out to exiting guests for being too loud in the lobby as I was trying to enter the day I arrived. Not a great first impression.

The kitchen had plenty of utensils for the stay. The younger staff were pleasant.

Apart from the slightly battered doors and worn carpets between the reception, elevator and room areas (and these weren't a big deal), there was nothing that displeased us.

The room was quite spacious, simply furnished and comfortable. The kitchenette was extremely practical and functional, with a filter coffee machine, pots and pans, cooking utensils and a fridge. The nicely laid-out bathroom was big with a great shower. Towels were good quality. We could control the air-conditioning ourselves which was brilliant. The person at reception was very polite and clear about using the key card and the door code.

Water dropped out from the shower into the bathroom during using a shower.

Spacious sleeping room and bathroom with air conditioning. Room well equipped with necessary items in the kitchen to be able to prepare meals. Elevators worked well. Available underground parking with easy access. Friendly and helpful hotel personnel.

It has an extrange perfum in the rooms. Like smoke I don t Know. It was like 6 blocks to the metro, The rest was ok.

The shower door is designed only 1/2 way closed to prevent water spreading out. Therefore there is a good chance that you'll find water on the the bathroom floor after taking a quick shower. I did end up getting a small accident buy slipping and my right knee hitting something under the sink. Luckily, nothing was serious.

There is a huge window in room which we open whenever we are in the room for fresh and cool air. It helps a lot as the AC doesn't seem to work. We didn't bother to ask for the staff to find out why and how to make it work. There are lots of eating places and supermarket nearby. The bus stop is not far, approximately 5 mins walk. There are two train stations we used a lot, they are within 14 mins walk. Staff is friendly and helpful.

the photos are much better than the reality. the overall cleanliness is not good enough . the rooms are not well ventilated and each time we came back to the room it was stinky. the corridors were in repainting process during our stay and some work tools and covering foils lay on the floor

Breakfast: it had to be paid extra fee for it, but if you are not there at the first half hour of the breakfast time, you could not eat too much ( refill was not happened). The corridors/stairway was really dirty - where no cleaning was happened for a while..
