Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Francethe issue i have is they never vacuum the rooms and i am not sure if they are mopping them with water? its a hygiene issue that management needs to implement. the sheets and towels are clean but the dust on the tables, on the bedboards, on top of the tv on the floor , under. the bed, when you sit on the bed and see the clouud of dust from the mattress and comforter its disgusting. My eyes were burning and i was sneezing, not from allergies . I realize this is not a 4 star hotel, but basic level vacuuming and mopping is a requirement for sanitary conditions, the bathrooms are clean but the dust is not ok You need to vacuum and mop . I ended up borrowing the vacuum from the front desk myself which does not solve the dust in the mattress and comforter.
i know this area well. I have lived here before--- I like this property because you have your own private entrances to the rooms, its quiet, free parking, close to equilles and Aix pool, restaurant on site, great price, friendly staff- close to Cassis you also have a refrigerator and microwave which is useful

United KingdomMy room was clean but a bit tired. Some flaky paint, dented panel door to the bathroom and the material headboard was peeling. Some maintenance required. The restaurant wasn’t open and finding somewhere to eat after 20h00 on a Monday night was a challenge.
I felt like I was in a Californian lifestyle movie. The rooms all facing into the central covered green space and decked walkways was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air con was a really welcome relief and I slept very well.
