There was supposed to be 24 hour staff at the desk. However, they took a break in the mid-afternoon and didn't re-open until 4 pm. We had to sit around and wait for them to get back. Not happy after a long drive,

The room was somewhat small but adequate. It was clean. The elevator was very helpful. The parking was good, enough spaces. There was a little 'tabac' in front for snacks and drinks.

I could smell cigarettes. Not sure if someone smoke in the room before or if the smell traveled from downstairs' outside cafe and the sitting area, but I could smell it all the time.

On the first night very very loud upper neighbours, shouting, fighting, vomiting drunken at midnight. The room was small and definitely needs some touch up on the carpets, taps.

Reception closing at 8pm could have been a problem given I was at the hospital and worried I wouldn’t be able to book in before it closed. All was well though.

My husband was in an accident and admitted to Grenoble Hopital Nord as an emergency. Le Mokca was a friendly welcoming oasis for me to stay very close by. Clean rooms with all you could wish for and an excellent breakfast. Well done Le Mokca.

Being outside the city meant we had no time to look around but this was only because we had no time..

Friendly staff and a comfortable clean modern room made this overnight stop easy. Downstairs has a shop / Bar/cafe and across the road are restaurants in the shopping mall. Secure bike parking also around the back. A good night's rest.

Decor and towels a bit outdated. The dark theme chosen makes the room look a bit sad.

The room was of decent size, clean, private parking (however not necessarily well separated from the main road), a shopping centre just across the road, close to public transport stations.

Restaurant consisted of a few chairs next to reception. meals were pre-prepared in glass containers. Location was quiet, but was in a residential area away from the center.

Nothing really to complain about. Just some thoughts. Located between a big street and some tall buildings at the back, nothing spectacular but near everything and very close to the supermarket. Basic breakfast for the morning but very decent. Breakfast a bit pricy for what it is.

Clean room and comfortable bed. No noise. I had a couple of good nights at reasonable price close to the city.

Nothing really.

The staff is extremely friendly and went over the top helping me to fix a problem with my car. The fittings need refreshing, but good value for money. There is a shopping centre right across the road and decent restaurants close by. A good place to stay if you are travelling in the region, not necessarily to visit the city.

Out of Grenoble so 30 mins bus ride needed to town centre. Easy going out, as bus stop is just outside hotel. Long wait Friday 9.30pm for a bus back

Lovely spacious (upgraded) double room. Very clean, exceptional comfortable double bed and good quality pillows. Nice curtains and bed cover - seemed new. Good for me as I suffer from allergies. Hotel parking was good and seems secure.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The bed was very comfortable with multiple soft pillows. The room was clean and the bathroom spacious. Thanks to the aircon the room stayed cool. The hotel has a large private parking at the back, which was crucial for us. The area around is quiet and there is a pastry shop nearby as well as a supermarket.

There was a smell especially in one the rooms, because the hotel has a tobacco stop downstairs with terrace. So the fume goes to the room and all the curtains are stinking by it. Bathrooms are pretty old with some stains of time and mold. Breakfast looked so unattractive that we decided not to eat there.

If you need to spend just one night, then everything is ok, good bed, standard hotel room, nothing luxury but it is clean and bed is comfy. Rooms is spacious enough, good quality bed linen, convenient location for car travelers. Air conditioner.

Nothing, the hotel was great!

The most professional staff I have ever encountered in a hotel. I booked this hotel last minute and did not double check the check-in times. The hotel desk closed at 8pm and we were scheduled to arrive at 10:30pm. The clerk (Mr. Tarik) tried to contact us several times by phone, but we did not answer. Nevertheless, he stood at the desk until our arrival and made sure that we had no problems after our long journey, despite our mistake of not reading the hotel's schedule. And this is something I have never seen before. It is a very affordable and very well kept hotel, with comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, basic needs covered, plenty of parking, very good breakfast and excellent staff! I highly recommend this place.
