The room was a little too hot and unfortunately we were both allergic to the cleaning products used to wash the laundry and towels which will put us off returning unless the hotel offers hypoallergenic bedding etc.

Spotless, stylish and very comfortable. Staff friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Calling police stations for lost property and dropping us to collect ski gear. Amazing.

Perfect as always, best hotel in Morzine which we return to every year. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Cocktails at night are brilliant and not stupidly expensive. Can’t wait to come back next year!

The room was fantastic, the huge bed and black out blinds meant we slept really well every night. The bathroom was a very spacious wet room and the shower had great pressure. The spa facilities were perfect and having a sauna and steam after a full day's skiing was a lovely way to round off the day.

4.9/5. Amazing. Great customer services, had all the facilities you’d want. The only reason it isn’t 5/5 is that the gym area was average but that’s being pedantic. The outdoor jacuzzi 👌 food was exceptional

It exceeded every expectation, the pool, the sauna, the jacuzzi. The chill out area off reception sitting my a fire after dinner. The rooms were so clean. The whole hotel was spotless. I can’t believe it’s only 3 star hotel.

Lovely property. Very nicely decorated and lovely facilities for a ski hotel. Use the restaurant twice for dinner over 4 nights, very nice and lovely staff. The gentleman on reception was especially helpful and friendly.

This is only thing I can think of (and as I said above) - knew on booking this hotel/resort. You can’t ski to the door. But plenty of buses or just a walk!

Breakfast- wonderful start to the day. Delicious homemade granola and make your own freshly squeezed orange juice. Laura was in charge of this and a delightful part of the team at Hotel Neve.

I have stayed at the Neve twice this year, once with friends and most recently over half term with my wife and two children (12 & 15). Overall a perfect, owner run, family hotel. The hotel was apparently renovated 4 years ago but it feels brand new. Very stylish decor, comfortable lounge and bar area with open fire and the world’s most comfortable sofas. Well stocked bar and a great restaurant. Good size boot room with heated lockers to dry out and warm your boots. The spa is beautiful - indoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi with views of the mountains, steam room, sauna, massage room and a relaxation room. There’s also a small gym with a few free weights, bike and treadmill. It saw more use than I’d expected. Certainly a winner for our 15 year old son. Rooms are all quite different. We had a Suite which proved really useful as a place to gather everyone together in the morning. Lots of space to hang up ski wear, helmets etc. The kids had a twin room which was well proportioned for their needs. Beds are lovely, daily serviced and have everything you could need.

Very friendly and efficient staff, rooms were well equipped, clean and spacious. Very good breakfast selection. Great cosy bar area. Kids facilities and the pool were also very good. Great location in the middle of Morzine. Thank you Hotel Neve team - we will definitely be back!
