A lovely studio at an amazing price in Old Nice, just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais. The studio is cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. There’s a great restaurant next door and a supermarket nearby for convenience. The staff was attentive and helpful, and I also had the option to store my bags in the locker. I would definitely come back !!

There's noise from inside the building because of thin walls, nothing too disturbing. The more disturbing noise was coming from the fridge. The kitchen could have a bit more cutleries and bowls. (e. g. There was only 1 bowl and 3 spoons in a room for 4) No paper towel in the kitchen, no tissue in the room. No bidet in the toilet.

Great mattress, firm enough to have a good night sleep. Perfect location with nice restaurants and shops nearby. We had a room with window into the courtyard so no outside noise despite being in the middle of the old town. Helpful and friendly staff. The sofa is also quite comfortable for sitting.

Everything was perfect

This is one of the best places to stay while in Nice! Super well equipped, you have everything you need for the most comfortable stay! Friendly staff, lockers for luggage, exceptional cleanliness! Highly recommend! We already plan to visit it again!

Just to note you cannot pull up outside with a car so not great if you have lots of luggage and the reception is on the first floor with no lift just stairs

Love the location, the decoration, the kitchen in the room is super cool well equipped, we have stayed here many times in the past before it was renovated and the transformation is incredible. The lady in reception was very reactive to our needs.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Location was amazing. A few minutes walk from a park, the promenade and 25 mins walk from the train station. My room was spacious and beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and pillows! They had a water station at reception and extra coffee pods and sugar if needed. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. I would absolutely stay there again.

The receptionist was fantastic, helpful, great communicator both before and after travel, but specifically during the stay, nothing was a problem, a real joy to deal with! Sorry, no breakfast but a fabulous kitchen set-up in the room, which was perfect for a short break.
