This place has a perfect location downtown. Dinan is great as a base to saint Malo, Dinard, Mont Saint Michel, a beautiful and lively small town. The apartment is super clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is up-to-date and the bedroom and living room have plenty of sunny windows. All the convenience was there. We took advantage of the 5 euros/day parking offered by the host. You get a card to pickup and drop off in the apartment, a slight inconvenience, but then the parking is nearby and it is a great price. I highly recommend the apartment and we’ll try to get it again if we are back in Bretagne. All perfect!

Everything was perfect.

Location was 50 meters from Old City Dinan. 15 minute walk from train station. The owner was extremely helpful with all of my questions and requests. The apartment was beautiful, spotless and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Windows opened right onto the square for fresh air, and kept out all noise when closed at night. I've stayed in several apartments in my France trip, and this one was the best!

This apartment is an easy walk from train station, city’s large parking lots are across the street, which is where the traditional Thursday market is held too. Inside of apartment is clean, roomy, truly a nice one bedroom apartment with open kitchen and living space, we didn’t cook in the apartment, because here coffee shops, and restaurant food are very good and price is reasonable. The owner is very kind and helpful, alway fast response to our questions. This is very nice apartment, Dinan is a very special beautiful town, we enjoy walking around the old town and to the port area. I highly recommended to it anyone coming to Dinan, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The bed is small & hard and the pillows are flat. The bedroom can get hot and there is traffic noise. Bedside lamps & tables not great. No oven tray, casserole type dish or can opener.

The apartment was in a handy location and it was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The shower and wifi were both good. Parking was a short walk but was good with the use of the parking card which we arranged with the owner. Owner provided a bottle of local cider and left some cooking oil, detergent & soap which was appreciated.

a spacious comfortable lovely 1 bedroom very well situated in Dinan. apartment is steps away from the tourist information office. walk to the rampart, port of Dinan and river Rance and all the good restaurants nearby. good not only for visiting Dinan and a good base to visit nearby towns. we walked 6-7 minutes to the bus stop to visit St MALO.

Nothing, everything was just what we wanted and needed. Although the bed was comfortable, we tended to "slide" towards the middle, I would have liked a bigger duvet (King size as opposed to double), but that is just a matter of choice.

Everything! cozy, welcoming, central, easy to manage. The apartment was just superb, its location could not have been better. We had everything we needed for our stay, even a kettle! my only moan is that the people in the flat above us were rather noisy at 03.00!. Our hosts were very kind and helpful throughout, a pity we did not meet, the" welcome" gifts very much appreciated and enjoyed. I would return and certainly recommend L'Aparthé Dinan-Vue sur la place du marché to other travellers.

Could do with a kettle us Brits like our tea !

Apartment was nice and quite , near to restaurant's and near to parking. We had a good time exploring the old town streets and the towns medieval ramparts. Would highly recommend staying here.

We found bed bags in the bed, perhaps left by previous tenants, which tormented us at night.
