Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Even the larger junior suite is too small for 2 adults and 2 kids, need to climb over a bed and would be impossible to cook and eat for 4 people. The immediate area is not very nice, first impression is seeing a bunch of 'homeless tents' with garbage and rats directly outside. A little further towards the river is better but not a good start. It's 40 minutes by tram / metro to the old town so unless you need to be in that area..
It's quite modern, clean and size and comfort is ok for one or two people. Good to have parking because it would be near impossible otherwise. Reception was professional and helpful enough. Breakfast was quite small but but decent choice. With not a lot in the immediate area, it's good to have that option.

No welcoming / early Checkin even for one room (we had four rooms and one of our friends was sick and wanted to stay at the hotel)

The room was very warm, we were unable to change the temperature, as it was controlled by the office. The bed had a big slant in the middle, making it uncomfortable for 2.
The room was comfortable and in close proximity to a tram station. Staff were helpful and approachable. The amenities in the room were great (we had a kitchinette that was very well set up, pans, pots, spatulas etc).

The breakfast was very minimal, and the ham was definitely out of date, there were no toiletries other than soap and toilet paper. No pans for the stove, or AC (which was explained on arrival, but was one of the reasons we booked)

There were lots of little things that weren’t done correctly, albeit, nothing that was a big deal. For example our room wasn’t ready at check in so we had to wait an hour (but they let us use the pool so it wasn’t a big deal). But there was also very bad smells in the changing room of the pool. And then in our room the cable tv wasn’t hooked up properly so we had to figure out how to set it up and the light in the hallway was flashing. Breakfast was great but not included in the price.

It was very hot when we visited there and there was no air conditioner in the room. My room was getting direct sun light and room temperature 🌡 was close to 36 degrees, super hot 🙃 😩 . Couldn't stay in the room.

The coffee maker was the one that required filter and coffee powder. It was not useful for us. The hotel didnt provide the filter or coffee. In fact, I was expecting a coffee machine with coffee capsules. The kitchen stuff, like glasses and plates, were not really clean. We washed all before use.
The room was clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is almost convenient. We could reach to the city center and touristic places by bus and tram easily. The hotel is also close to some supermarkets.
