The Appartement had no iron and washing machine. No dishwasher soap supplied, no plastic for trash can, no Salt and pepper. Atleast those basics should be supplied. Very uncomfortable bed, Sofa bed and pillows.

The location is good,just next to a shopping mall with a Supermarket and also very close to the City centre. The Appartement we had Was good Spacious enough.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Easily accessible from the Strasbourg train station (500m), and no more than 10-15 minute walk to the city's cathedral. Walking distance to the heart of the city and all that is worth seeing. Across the street there is a shopping mall with a supermarket and the hotel is quite new.

When I just arrived, I’ve noticed marks of poop on the top cover of the toilet. The internet was extremely slow not even enough for loading the link required for the Wi-Fi connection. The staff was not very friendly and wiling to help. Breakfast was too expensive for a long stay (16 euros a day) and I wasn’t easy to find options around the hotel. I stayed for 7 nights and they were stingy to give me toilet paper and towels. You need to pay 7 euros to get the room tidy (and you still might not get rid of poop marks 😅). The coffee machine and dishwasher were smelling molded. There’s no coffee machine at the reception and it’s hard to find a coffee during Sunday or holiday.

Very good location, close to city centre, although the street is kind of dodgy. Shopping mall right across the street. Room is OK in size.

The cleanliness level was not fantastic, and the dishwasher smell strongly of mold. We did not cook, but we took food as takeaway for dinner and breakfast. The set up of the table and kitchen area is not the most comfortable. The pool is very small (only nice for kids :)) and a bit on the cold side.

It's a nice aparthotel with a small pool, situated very close to the city center. The main sights are within walking distance. In the tiny kitchen there was everything you need. The area is super nice, plenty of restaurants around and a big shopping center. The small pool was enjoyed by the kids.

We have a bit mixed feelings after this trip. The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. The service was OK, although they were only answering if we had questions, so nothing special. We had to announce, when we want to have breakfast, although it was a buffet breakfast on the ground floor. Why? The pool was never available for us. We asked two times. The selection at the breakfast buffet is OK for a couple of days. Location wise the hotel is very good. A very big shopping mall is in the front of it and everything is in walking distance: city centre, tram, cathedral, restaurants…etc.

The floor was not clean, , it was dirty with lots of dust and you can feel small bits of dirt and some particles of it while walking on it barefoot. The bed was full of crumbs and there was a yellow stain on the bottom of the bedsheet whicht we only saw on the last night of our sta, we were only here for 2 nights y, we couldn't ask for it it to be changed The front desk were all friendly, they allowed us to leave our bags as well for some time after check out. I

The location is good and there is a mall in front and a grocery inside the mall where you can get some things if you want some specially the room comes with a small kitchen. The pool was small but good for kids to have some time in it. It is the reason why we booked this hotel. You can only have one hour though of pool use a day and you have to book it advance at the front desk if you want to use it.
