We loved our stay at this apartment. The windows have a beautiful view of the cliff and the beach. The house has all the facilities needed for a family. Our host Mr. Bruno was very sweet. We travelled by our own car and we panicked when we noticed the parking was full when we arrived. Mr. Bruno was waiting for us in the parking and he helped us to find a very safe and good parking place. He was very kind to answer all our questions. We highly recommend this place if you are planning to stay in Etreat with your family and want to enjoy the beautiful views.

Is quite outdated, especially the bathroom. I would prefer white bed linen and towels than colored ones. I did not like payment is made in cash.

Location is just amazing, better than in the photos. Apartment is comfortable and properly cleaned. Owners give very good indications, communication is good, restaurants recommendations very good.

Amazing apartment with a great view from every window. You can watch the famous rocks at subset or sunrise, you can see the English Channel from another window, and the kitchen window takes you to the roofs of Etretat. Very romantic place! The owner was fabulous, she helped us with every question we had. The apartment has all necessary amenities. We had a cozy stay. Definitely coming back to this apartment again!

You have to pay a cleaning fee. It's mentioned on the site but for us it was a surprise.

Great location that allowed us to make a nice extra walk in the evening and in the morning the day after before leaving and when most of the tourists were away. Amenities were good. Find a restaurant with free places was just impossible and we had to be happy with some take-away pasta. If you go to Etretat, keep in mind that there are a lot of tourists and book a restaurant on forehand.

communication was a little difficult.They wanted a deposit if we cooked in the unit which I found a little strange as it is a full apartment. Difficult to find parking in the town as well. Beds were uncomfortable.

The view from the windows are spectacular, so worth it overall.

Parking difficult and quite expensive especially if you arrive on a weekend in the school holidays. 3 flights of stairs up to apartment are steep and narrow which could be an issue for some people.

I usually only write positive reviews, but in this case I think it’s important that others know what to expect. Arrival and departure have to be coordinated in advance, as payment is only accepted in cash. This makes things less flexible than usual. After a long journey, we were tired but had to listen to an introduction, e.g. like how to use the toilet. We’ve never experienced anything like that before – normally you just get the key and settle in. Maybe you can consider printing and handing instructions instead? Two of the beds were fine, but the other two were uncomfortable folding beds. Overall, the price-performance ratio just isn’t right. We wouldn’t book again.

Not suitable for those with Bicycles as there is no secure & private parking for them. I had been promised this and on arrival found that I was expected to park the bikes in the public car park in the centre of town. We put our bikes inside the back door of the apartments.
