United Arab EmiratesProperty dated and tired. Central area is not well maintained with lights on stairs not working and some door locks not locking, The TV system was broken. There is no reception area now there and the keys are to be handed over. It was tricky to locate them. The plates, bowls and cups were dirty and we had to wash them all on arrival. It is galling when there is 225 Euro charge for cleaning to be told that that was down to the previous guests. Also there was horror from the hostess at the hob being dirty from boiling pasta One of the bunk beds consistently broke and needed to repaired by me. It is quite a tight fit for a family of 4. It is pitched as sleeping 6 but if there were people on the sofa bed I cannot see how it works. There is limited storage space for 4. Despite asking for parking I was never given any and had to arrange my own parking arrangements. I tried to cancel 8 hours after payment and a refund was refused as is their right but it was 2 months before the stay.
The location is amazing and great access to the bus to La Lac and walking distance to Bollin. The ski room is great as you store your stuff down there. There are many plus sides to staying there and it warm and cosey. The bathroom is clean and works well. I would definitely stay there again as it is a fab place. The skiing in Tignes is just amazing with the shared access to Val D'Isere. The apartment is warm and quiet in the main. The flat is fairly well equipped.

Nice, very well equipped and maintained comfortable apartment with two separate bedrooms. Fast WIFI and effective heating. 3 min walk to Val Claret centre. 5 min walk to next ski lift. Good value for money for a premium ski area like Espace Killy.

United KingdomNothing really to complain about except it got really warm! However, we just opened the windows for fresh air and would much prefer this to being too cold. Some chopping boards would also have been nice as we had to use plates instead.
Suited our needs perfectly for a group of 5 - having two bathrooms plus a separate loo was great.

Clean, cosy apartment, had everything we needed as a family. We spent most of our time outdoors but everything worked well in the kitchen. The shower was good, we didn’t have any issues at all. Cecille was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make our stay great. The underground car park made loading and unloading really simple. The location is excellent for both the pistes and the village. A lift up to the village and step outside the building and two stops on the bus delivers you to the slopes. You could walk but it's so much easier not to. Two bathrooms made this easy for a large family. Excellent ski chalet.

United KingdomThere were only two sets of keys between the six of us which meant we spent a lot of energy deciding who would hold the keys and passing the keys around different members of the group. Tourist tax came as a surprise and was requested in cash. Would be good to have other ways to pay this. Damage deposit was €1000 preauthorised and not €500 as stated elsewhere. We requested 2 double beds and 2 single beds but got 1 double bed and 4 single beds. The property isn’t really set up to accommodate these kinds of changes. Difficult to cook using the current kitchen utensils. Needs more chopping boards, wooden spatulas, oven trays, measuring jug etc. Dishwasher didn’t seem to respond to button input once the 1 hour delay button was pressed, but it worked well otherwise.
Location is good - it’s near the Ascenseur Platieres lift and has a shuttle bus stop outside. Property was clean and well presented. The host graciously accommodated our difficult check in and check out times. The host was friendly and welcoming.

FinlandIt was a bit hot inside for some reason, but we managed to open the balcony door during the evening. But for the second room closer to the corridor that did not help enough, so my son moved to the couch.
The apartment was quiet, and the free ski bus was just next to the exit, so it was convenient to get to slopes. You basically had everything you needed in the apartment, it was well equipped and clean. In the end, you did not have to clean the apartment, but just to take out the trash and wash your dishes.

Our host was prompt to meet us on arrival and she was very helpful giving clear instructions. She left a few essentials (washing-up liquid and toilet roll) and some tasty homemade jam. The property was clean and warm.
