Property rules not properly explained for example; we didn't know we could use ironing facility until our last day which was too late, when we questioned a different receptionist. Part of the shower area especially the window appeared mouldy.

Location was ideal for short stay. Overall good staff. Communication was good as we didn't speak French.

Great loaction, very central and plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Only 5 min from the Arc de Triomphe. Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Highly recommended

I didn’t like how there was no hair conditioner there and they also made you return the key to your room every time you went out. when I asked for the key when I returned they didn’t ask for name or ID or anything which made it seem a little unsafe.

I liked how close it was to the metro, the place was clean and a very trendy look.

The room where the breakfast is offered is in the basement with no windows and very warm and stuffy so we didn't have it. The room was super small. The sink was in the bedroom and the toilet and shower were in a separate room.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location is incredible.

I was not a fan of handing in my key each time I left the hotel although the idea quickly grew on me. Price was high considering no breakfast included. Otherwise a great stay for tourist.

Great hotel, amazing location in close proximity to great restaurants, walking distance to Arc de Triomphe & Champs Elysees. I managed to get the big city bus in walking distance. Service at front desk helpful with getting taxi's and directions. A tourist delight.

Location is very good, close to Arc de Triomphe and there is access to almost all metro lines. Room was big enough with a modern decoration.

location is good , you can reach Eiffel Tower , Asc de Triomphe by walking distance, close to metro . Nice hotel and location , rooms are tiny , as it normal for Paris

Breakfast area is quite small so for a family is a little cramped when others come to have breakfast. Elevator is tiny.. one person and one suitcase at a time - stairs not really ideal solution as they are steep and spiral down. So allow time to get luggage down if booking a transfer service.

Great location, friendly staff, and modern, clean rooms. Lots of restaurants close by with the Arc de Triomphe less than 3 minute walk as is the Champs Elysees. Clean and quiet neighbourhood.

Staff on reception were professional but very welcoming and friendly. Room although modern could do with a freshen up as getting a little tatty in places. Breakfast room small in basement and limited choice. Had to ask for items to be re stocked.

Electricity failed in breakfast room one day so somewhat compromised breakfast...

Overall good - fruit salad was often in short supply at breakfast - but particularly liked the fresh orange juicing machine.
