The hotel is brilliantly situated directly opposite La Mot Piquet metro station with good variety of different metro lines not too far from the Eiffel Tower We needed a triple bedded room and it was spacious for 3 adults the beds where comfortable and bathroom was good fresh towels daily and our beds changed on the 2nd day of our 4 night stay. The furnishing are tired but clean we had a lovely room facing into the courtyard so lovely and quiet. Air conditioning was available to heat or cool the room. We opted to go out for. Breakfast both locally and out and about well served with a large choice of cafes and a delicious boulangeries close by but so popular and only a few tables to sit. A kettle and tea bags were provided and both showed gel and soap. There is no bar but a huge choice of cafes to choose from. A bonus was a Sunday market with a variety of stalls food and other items well worth a visit! Negative was a broken pedal bin in the bathroom which I made aware on checking out! Sadly we couldn’t get timed tickets for Notre Dame and the queue on the day was just too long but there is a wonderful exhibition detailing the repair process on the far side of the cathedral. Try and book 3 days in advance we also tried on the day. Later we where given the tip log on at midnight but sadly too late for our visit this time.

Only issue was in our room the shower extractor fan wouldn’t turn off and it was stuffed with paper towels

Breakfast variety could be improved, please.

Great for our short 2nites stay, bus stop and metro station is right in front- most convenient and safe. Beds were comfortable and room, a decent size for 3 of us. All the landmarks were easily accessible from the hotel. Will definitely consider again for future trip!

The bed makes noises when you do little moves, it is worn out. The air conditioner its old and takes time to warm up the room. Also it’s not a soundproof room.

The location was perfect, when you get out of hotel you have the metro 1 minute away. You are 15 minutes away from Eiffel Tower by foot but you are away from other attractions. Don’t worry you can use metro to go anywhere in Paris with a cost of 2.5€ one ticket that you can buy on machines near metro station. The bathroom was small but the shower in the bathroom was good. Also a good point is that they cleaned the room every day.

The hotel is conveniently located in Paris, making it easy to reach any destination in the city center, with the metro station situated directly opposite the hotel. The room was spacious enough for a couple with two large suitcases and two carry-on bags. The staff were all friendly, and the room was cleaned daily.

Our trip was in late December in Paris but the heating system was not working properly, the last night was not working at all so big downside.

The safe in the room was locked and would not open. I asked the guy at reception to help me. He said he would send someone up, but never did. I asked 3 times about it and it was never fixed.

Rooms were quite basic and dated, laminated floors which felt quite cold but probably welcomed in the summer months. Rooms were adequate for a city stay.

The hotel was in a good location for the Eiffel Tower (10 min walk) and opposite the metro station (La Motte-Picquet Grenelle) for direct links to other tourist attractions (Line 10 to Notre-Dame, Lines 8 and 1 to Louvre, Line 6 to Arc de Triomphe) . Single fare on the metro was around 2 euro each way. Nice Cafes, Restaurants and bakeries close by. Felt safe at night. Staff were helpful and happy to hold onto our bags. Late check out at 1200 on day of departure which worked really well for us as a family. As a family with 2 teenagers the hotel accommodated us with rooms opposite each other which was really helpful. Tea/coffee in the room.

Beds creaks all the time. Little bed light are not working (one is flashing). My sister founded an used snus in her bed. Everything was lovely but hotel need to put more attention to details.
