Rooms are very tight so is the bathroom. No toiletry except for very cheap soap bar. Breakfast was very simple.

Location was great, everything you need is immediately around, including metro with 3 different lines. view of the Eiffel is a bonus!. staff was nice

Towels were coarse/rough. Room very small by American standards as was the bathroom but pretty standard for Europe

Location was perfect. Metro stop is 5 steps from front door. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Front desk was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. Room was updated with good a/c.

Just two things one; for me drying my hair in the bathroom wasn't comfortable with the kind of hairdryer they have, but anyhow I handle it. Breakfast is not what we expected is less than in pictures. But anyway thanks for all!

The room was quite small but perfect view of Eiffel Tower as we wanted. Good location. Staff really kind and helpful specially the woman at the end of our check out, kind and let us leave the luggage for some time there.

Perfect location... Just a 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and a metro station just opposite the hotel. Even though the room is not too big, the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Room was so small, not properly cleaned, bed and pillows not so comfortable, the hairdryer wouldn’t work for more than 10 seconds. Easily could hear people next door or everyone moving in the other room. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff was nice. The showers were dirty and mold was growing in the showers. The bed had hair from previous guest. The brown blanket was dirty.

Ideal location with a Metro station right outside, cafes around and a shop. We found it ideal when visiting the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and many more places.

Waited to be checked in for half hour as receptionist was having a chat. Not welcoming at all. Then was given a room that needs a lot of work doing to it. The wardrobe was gross and it was a disability room which I did not book. Had an awful smell. Even the tv was very old with no channels. So disappointed as this was a trip for my daughters 15th birthday. We stayed out the whole time to avoid being in the room. It really needs a lot of work doing to it wasn't worth the money

The furnishings are run down, shower was not adjustable as the holder was broken, no space to keep any bottles in the shower, curtains were unhooked at the top, and the whole place was in need of deep cleaning and some upkeep. Breakfast was very basic, coffee was terrible and there was cigarette smoke in the hallway despite the hotels no smoking policy. Even after reporting it, nothing changed
