Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A lot of dust in room and bad air conditioning. And we could smell mould in one corner. Breakfast could have been better.

Restaurant menu rather limited but what was offered was very good

The hotel is new and nicely designed, the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially at the reception, there was Loanne and another guy I forgot the name, the room is big and big bed, really worth the money. The parking is big, protected and easy accessible from and to go anywhere. Nice pool too.

After days of travelling in Provence, within this budget so far we found only crap hotels, probably with fake reviews. So we were so relieved when we stepped in the hotel, new, clean, nice, staff very friendly and nice. A relaxing oasis just a step outside Avignon city centre, which by the way it's easy to reach by tram, bus or by car.

We have family room but kids sofa bed wasn’t good as it sinks in the middle so that’s very uncomfortable sleep.
It has a nice pool and good restaurants and very nice steakhouse next door.

The bed was big, but quite soft. But that's about everyone's taste. What was unpleasant was the battered bathtub and the dirt around it. Also a dirty hair dryer and ventilators... And the worst part was that the toilet was completely painted in a strange gray color and the light didn't work well, so you didn't feel very comfortable there, the whole room was terribly dark.

The hotel is very well organized and well maintained. The location is decentralized but in 10 minutes by car you can comfortably reach the center. Very fast check in/out. Front desk very friendly and helpful. On arrival, during check in we forgot a bag in the lobby.The front desk staff immediately picked it up and secured it. Breakfast excellent in variety and quality. The staff running the breakfast room is super efficient.

The guy at the reception (Mohammed) is very nice and gentle. The hotel is beautiful, modern and with comfy beds. The breakfast was really well, with salty and sweet options and plenty of things.

A little far from the Avignon city center. You definitely need a car or to take public transportation.
Nice seating area by the pool. Cute bar inside the hotel. Good parking, nice staff.

The bed was really soft. I had people in the room beside me that made a ton of noise beginning at about 12.30 am and ending around 2 am. The staff tried to help and I know that isn't on the hotel but it was annoying.
The facility is nice. It is away from the city center so quiet and they have a lot of outdoor space. The restaurant was very good. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

We got a room with a faulty bathroom at first, staff at reception offered an alternative room but were not so friendly. The gym was a joke.
