Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

None - all perfect!
We used the hotel as stopover along Autoroute du Soleil. The pool was an extra plus to start the following day in a joyful way before heading off for the final leg of the trip. All staff was very friendly, breakfast was great (including free fresh orange juice!) and was continuously being replenished until 10 AM. The car park is well lit and secured by a large electric gate. So all in all a perfect location for a stopover. We didn't visit the city so can't comment on location for local sight seeing.

The odour smell in the atmosphere at the libby and restaurant. The position of spap dispenser is too high.

Carpet in the room looked awful. We forbid our children to step on it without slippers. After cleaning the room, staff forgot to leave blanket cover on one of the beds. Soap holder by the sink was in a hight of 1.5m. Imposible for children to reach.
There was hot water machine in the loby, coffee in little packages. Early breakfast time. Enough parking spaces.

Stopped on our way home for one night. Hotel is on the outskirts of town, but it has great facilities - swimming pool, restaurant, bar, breakfast room, games (foosball, pinball, pool table).

Our room had no AC so it was too warm to sleep; upon arrival we checked out the pool only to find a parasol in it; the soap/shampoo dispensers are mounted far too high on the wall making it unwieldy; each room has a plastic card with advice for an enjoyable stay; it suggests we unplug all electrical devices during the night…no phone charging, etc.
Breakfast was good except for the tea which is no longer available in individual bags but must be dug out of a pot…

Rooms smelled of smoke, dirty, also no coffee maker or even water boiler for instant coffee or tea in room, cheap paper cups in room, fridge didn’t work. All of this would be fine, if the location was great (it’s not, it’s on the outskirts, 15 minutes walk to the tram, another 15 minutes on tram to city center) and the prices were low (they weren’t). The breakfast situation was nasty, stick to the non-cooked stuff like cereal or fruit. Saving grace: the pool was good, and the kid was happy with that alone. Also the dinner restaurant staff were very friendly.
Friendly multi-lingual staff, decent pool.

The location is far from the city center (old town). You have to take a bus or a tram to the city center (15 minutes away). The air-conditioning is pre settled by the hotel. It was not a comfortable stay. Not cold enough for the very, very hot weather of July.p
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It’s absolutely wonderful! The staff is kind, welcoming and friendly. The property is beautiful and for my needs, ideal. The breakfast buffet and the food at their restaurant is delicious.

The only downside was the condition of the bath towels. They were definitely past their prime and in need of replacement. Would definitely recommend this hotel, but just pack an extra towel to be safe.
This hotel was fantastic overall! The breakfast was delicious, the bed was incredibly comfy (and huge!), and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Plus, having secure parking in a closed lot was a major plus.

Small and old bathroom, still brown stains in toilet from previous visitors. Carpets in room are really dirty, full of stains. Quality of the bed could have been much better.
Breakfast was OK. Staff is excelent and make up for a lot of mistakes made by the management.

The linoleum on the floor felt dirty and sticky. I felt like we had to wear flip-flops at all times when out of bed.

The room had an old and extremely smelly carpet full of stains and spills, the furniture were old and filthy, pillows were smelling dust. The worst was the the toilet was separated from the bathroom, it didn’t have any sink and they have placed a sign saying that we were expected to take the used toilet papers and to throw them To the bin that is was placed in the bathroom next door !!!
People were helpful and breakfast was pretty ok, the common area of the hotel is nice full of games and activities
