15 minute walk from the main bus station in Les Menuires, and the back of the hotel joins a run down to the ski lifts in Bruyères - basically ski in / ski out. Very close to bars and restaurants, and free shuttle buses run between les menuires mini villages and val Thorens.

Location is key, it’s warm. Value for money is questionable. Reminder you are renting an apartment - so you have to clean everything yourself, to get your €150 deposit back they have to check your place ok exit. They open every cupboard, microwave, oven, drawer - I didn’t use anything there so this was confusing. Location is prime - overpriced, but cheapest in location.

Communication ahead of our arrival about getting the key when we would arrive after reception had closed. We were only finally told of the arrangements 30 minutes before reception closed, but I had emailed 8 weeks in advance with this question. It caused avoidable stress.

Low folding sofa bed - but just about ok and was as expected.

Fantastic location looking out over the slopes. Ski lockers have a back door to get quickly to slope. Basic studio - suits couple.

The shower was really shitty and although we had a bath, the bathplug was shared upon the whole complex... We laughed at first, but there were only a few bath-plugs for the whole complex. Probably to save water...so you can't take a bath without asking/rent the bathplug which is crazy if you ask us. Also, the elevator was broken all week. The coffeemachine did not work great. There was only one rol of toiletpaper and no soap, no dishwashertablet, no sponge, the facilities were really poor. But yea, one of the cheapest complexes around, so if you want to save a buck but dont care about luxury, this is the place!

Location is perfect, its almost ski-in and ski-out. We booked an extra parking spot for the week inside for 80€. Outside was free

Just after the entrance to the hotel as you walk out to the parking was very slippery even with snow shoes. We saw at least two people slip over.

The location was just what we wanted the parking was very convenient and the apartment was just what we needed for the week. It was well equipped with all the essentials and storage was perfect.

We were informed when we arrived that a 150€ deposit was required. Checking out the day you leave is between 8:00-9:30 am. Such info was not shared during booking.

A part from skiing, it is nice to walk around the lake (plan de l'eau). If snow is not good enough in Menuires, it is well connected to Val Thorens. Some shops and restaurants are close to the appartment.

The wifi in the apartment is not working well. In the Booking summary there was written that visitors staying 7 nights and longer are getting discounted ski-passes, we contacted accommodation in advance by message here on Booking, no reply. When we asked at the spot, we were told that it is not possible, that we had to contact them in advance.

Location is great, almost on the slope. In the calm area, but shops and restaurants are nearby. Balcony was a nice bonus. We had an amazing view. Kitchenette is well equipped and friendly staff helped us to replace missing equipment.

They do not provide bath towels. For international travelers like us was troublesome.

It gave the three of us space and the view from our balcony was great. The ski in and out facilities was great.

Walking from The skilocker to slope is a few minutes but late in season you walk through the mud. That could be better. Building a staircase would help…

Appartement is clean and bathroom and kitcherig are modern. Is much better than a lot of appartements in the area (Pictures are from bathroom and the view balcony)

The path to the entrance was a bit frozen and slippery, but that is normal in winter, and almost all town next to the slopes had frozen parts in the ground.

Location was perfect, in Les Menuires, with easy access to Val Thorens and Meribel, well connected, with one green and one blue slope just right under.
