The pillow was like an inflatable one, not massively comfortable. Pain au chocolats at breakfast were a bit stale.

Clean and comfy, not luxurious, but perfectly acceptable for an overnight stopover. Petrol station over the road which was useful.

Access out of hours could work better

The beds were comfy, clean and funcitonal. Served the purpose; family stop en route to the Alps both ways. Access via the touch pad outside hours was a bit hit and miss but security let us through both times (0200 and 2200)!

The only problem we had is we thought we had booked the b&b hotel in the centre ville of Arras but it wasn’t, this meant driving into the centre but they hotel itself was great for what it was. We spoke to the bnb hotel in arras centre ville and they said that happens a lot with booking.com.

The same old problem with BB. As we don’t have data roaming we asked for our Passkey the day before at our previous property while we still had Internet but we were told that we couldn’t have it till the actual day. As we were checking in we didn’t think there would be a problem as it was Saturday and they said that somebody would be on the desk up till 8 pm. We arrived before five only to find that we couldn’t get in as there was nobody on reception with some help – somebody keeping the door open for us so we could get onto the Internet -we eventually got the pass key. From there on in, it was okay.No kettle so therefore no tea or coffee making facilities.

A bit like a travel lodge or Premier Inn so okay for a one night stay. Clean with a good hot shower .The restaurant close by called Leon was a fish restaurant and was absolutely excellent.

Basic toiletries for the shower would be a small improvement.

We had a literal 3 hr stop over at the hotel before our onward journey; a very short but sweet sleep in a very clean quiet family room.. A definite great stop over hotel.

Linen was a little worn and the room very sparsely furnished but for the cost ok.

Staffs attitude when we left 5 minutes over our checkout time. Also struggled to get into accommodation when we arrived late after travelling from England. Staff were not able to speak any English. So communication barrier.

Clean room, basic for an overnight stay. Great shower.

Personal taste but the bed was rather firm.

Reception despite saying he was just covering was able to help with all questions. Everything very clear. Very good size family rooms and clean. Good breakfast in the morning, help yourself with a good selection. Plenty of secure parking and a restaurant just next door. Good value for money and great positioning for a stop over to break the journey.

It took some time between using the self check-in and receiving my access code by email which is necessary for using the carpark, entering the hotel and your room. Fortunately I had taken a photo of it at check-in and recommend others staying there do the same.

The location was perfect for a stop off en route to Calais, the room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was good.
