Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumI understand you have clear rules about immediate payment upon opening the doors of the hotel, but you should consider that tired travelers would like to park the car first and maybe leave the luggage in the room. Especially if the room was booked online and secured with the bank card. Or do you have so many examples where your guests run away without paying?
Perfect place with a garage if you intend to sleep near Lyon. And hit a highway next morning.

GermanyThere were no hair dryer in the room luckily I had to stay only one night. Unfortunately, we stayed there at Rugby championship period that is why the prices were more expensive that regular period.
Parking lot was good and was not expensive at all. The room was large and clean. Pillows and blankets kept us comfy and warm. The staff were friendly and helpful to us.

An excellent breakfast at a very reasonable price, which was a surprise as it's France and they don't do breakfast. It was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
