Rooms are small but this is normal in Paris. And who goes to Paris to stay in their room ?

In our room beds were separated, but gathered and covered . Our family needed one double mattress, double bed. It is very difficult to sleep with baby there. View from 205 room was very bad . But view from 202 room was nice. 👍 Staff has no details about tourist’s information , has no interesting offers or special partnerships with tourist’s companies.

Location was very good , not very crowded. Very calm and peaceful place with a lot of restaurants and cafe space, metro station. Staff were friendly .

The room could’ve been a bit cleaner, but that’s about it.

The location is super convenient, as it’s around 20 mins from the Eiffel tower by foot, in a clean and quiet area. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice, and I don’t have enough words of praise for all of them. We also super loved the late checkout (at 12 pm instead of 10 am like the majority of hotels) 😌

Great location by a metro station . Nice local restaurants. Friendly staff apart from the gentleman who works the night shift . The rooms / bathrooms are tiny. Ok for a few nights but wouldn’t want to stay longer

Great location about 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast , staff even went out to buy fresh croissants for us. Fantastic restaurants just around the corner too.

The lift took too long to get to the ground floor at times.

The bathroom wasn’t really clean.

Forgot to pick up my deposit and they mailed me about it, which was nice. Enjoyed the coffee machine. 24/7 someone behind the counter.

it’s further than I thought it would be from the effiel tower and arc de triomophe. The shower flooded our bathroom floor and part of our room.

It was in a nice part of Paris, bedrooms were nice although extremely small. The bathrooms were nice and clean for the most part. Had coffee and tea facilities, free bottled water and hairdryers, towels ect. View out of our window was authentic paris.

The room was very small, much smaller than anticipated, but was okay outside of that. We also had two uninvited visitors enter our room on separate occasions (one I believe was another guest who I'm guessing had been mistakenly given our room number, and another was housekeeping who didn't knock before entering), so that prompted us to be a bit more careful with locking our valuables in the safe provided in case anyone else decided to walk in without our presence.

The location was fantastic, next segur metro station and a few minutes away from a couple others like sevres lecourbe giving access to multiple lines on the metro. It was also walking distance from the Eiffel tower, but still a lovely quiet area that seemed untouched by tourists.

No minibar as stated. Breakfast room too narrow.. no room to sit without having to move to let people by to get to buffet.

Cleanliness in Bathroom

Bathroom was no clean , the water goes all the time outside, the floor was a disaster. Breakfast is gut and service !

Rooms are small, but it's a standard in Paris. However moving around the breakfast area, especially when there were two more people, was challenging. With 4 people - impossible. There was not a single piece of vegetable for breakfast either (also, very French).

I liked the location - 5 min on foot from UNESCO and with a metro station just in front of the building. The staff was nice. Breakfast was more varied than in other hotels I stayed in Paris.
