Staff is very friendly especially Stephanie. Room was just nice, comes with coffee machine, a small table. Space is just a little small not enough to open a luggage, but i think it is normal in Paris. Location is perfect, near to 2 stations for differernt metro line. 20 mins walk to Eiffel Tower (can be shorter duartion as I walked slow, with bike was 8 mins)

tiny dingy hotel room. room was in dire need of a deep clean as there was dirt, dust and grime build up under the bed, on skirting boards, in the shower etc.

A lovely small hotel situated in a quiet Avenue very close to the Eiffel Tower! It was clean, comfortable and staff friendly. We had a nice large walk-in shower and coffee/tea making facilities. Great location, next to a metro but everything within walking distance!

A very minor issue - the bedside tables didn’t have a drawer and were a bit too small

Excellent location in a lovely residential area with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Good little brasseries in the streets nearby. Excellent transport links with a metro station right outside. Clean, modern, friendly hotel.

The shower couldve been bigger I guess. I really enjoyed the stay though. I was sad to be leaving.

The location was great since the subway station is right out front of the building. Staff was very friendly and housekeeping kept my room extra tidy and were very respectful of me being a late riser.

I was quite displeased with the €100 deposit required at check-in. It made me uncomfortable, and it doesn't seem logical to request this from guests. As of now, the amount has not been returned to my account, leading me to question the hotel's intentions. Booking platforms should clearly state such hotel policies on their pages, ensuring guests are informed prior to checking in. I believe this policy is a misstep by the hotel, and I hope they reconsider it in the future.

staff were okay but not overly comforting or friendly- I asked to for a text when the room was ready as I arrived before 3pm- I didn’t get one but at least they held my bags!

Some many things - staff was rude - had new guests walk into our rooms- more than once trying to check in and place their luggage before checkout time. - notified staff and didn’t seem to think it was a big deal - didn’t not get what we asked for with room accommodations and had to pay for an additional room for two nights - had to leave minor children in a separate room

The air conditioner seemed to cause me allergies - i suspect due to blowing out fine dust? (There was nothing visible) Fortunately, the temperature in Paris during my stay was ok, so i switched off the air conditioning (allergies cleared up) for rest of my stay.

The location was brilliant for my work, proximity to cafes, supermarket and public transport. The room was smaller than I had expected, but it was comfortable and nothing to complain about. The bed was great. I was missing a duvet on one night, but after speaking to the staff, it was replaced.

The property was run down, the beds were not comfortable and the bathroom was the worse We have ever been in. The carpets were dirty and rooms very small with no where to put down bags.

The location for me personally was too far of a walk from the tower as I no longer have good walking legs on top of a day's walking as well. Having said that it is only about one mile from the tower

the hotel is bad and dirty, the staff did not treat us well when we arrived, we had already paid for everything and they told us to pay a deposit of 100 euros in order to be accommodated, which made me indignant, but we were told that we will pay you back when we leave they didn't return it, and when leaving they told me to pay a tourist tax of 13 euros. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Very bad attitude towards tourists !!! Lozotrrn do not book this hotel Never!!!!!!!

The staff were exceptional. The breakfast, with fresh croissants and baguettes, was delightful. The location was perfect for our meetings at UNESCO headquarters.
