The location of the property was unreal. Very close to the Metro and a short 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Very close to shops, restaurants and coffee shops.

Nice neighborhood and close to metro. The room was small but definitely serviceable. We enjoyed doing laundry on-site and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall just felt “in a box” up a really tight spiral staircase but that’s what you get in the authentic areas of Paris!

Loved the location so close to a bustling restaurant area and public transport. Room was very small and the steps very narrow and steep (hard to get suitcases up and down) but we managed and enjoyed our stay.

Great location in walking distance to most places and loads of restaurants in the area. It was quiet at night. The apartment was very small indeed and we were fortunate that the weather was so good so we could stay out all day and have rests in the parks. We would not have enjoyed being in the apartment during the day and sitting on the bed. There was however everything we needed and the coffee machine was much appreciated! Very narrow and steep stairs leading to the flat, but even this is not a dislike, but rather a warning, if someone is travelling with a heavy luggage.

The studio is immaculately clean, and despite its tiny size, you get everything you need for a short stay - shower with good pressure, kitchen with all necessities, safe, even hair dryer. It is located just a stone away from Metro, local great restaurants, and just a short walk to Eiffel Tower.

The location is really good 15 minutes from Effiel tour and near to the métro station. The room was small but we know it before. Staff were so responsive and give us all the instrunctions necessary to facilitate our stay.

Getting a heavy bag up the circular stairway was a little difficult

Magnetic locks on apartment and front door worked well, easy to get in and out but felt very secure. I wonder what would happen if there was a power failure. The apartment was very clean, very little street noise. A very convenient location. Many fruit and vegetable stores, bakeries, restaurants and a subway stop within a block radius.

The room was a bit tight even for two people. I have spent a lot of time in Paris and the room was average in that regard. But, if traveling with larger baggage the space can get crowded. Further, the walk up access is very small and can make carrying one's luggage a challenge. Additionally, the room was starting to see signs of being dated and needing some updates.

The location is phenomenal. I prefer to stay on hte left bank in the 7th when I visit Paris. The location is right near the metro, restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops. The 7th has a great neighborhood feel and this location puts one right in the middle of it.

The space is a bit on the small side but again if you’re going to be out and about, no need for too much space. The room needed some additional air circulation because if felt a bit humid at times.

You can’t beat the location, the location is exceptional, there’s a lot of restaurants, shops and transportation literally out the door. Short walk from the Eiffel Tower. The room was cozy and had the essentials just for washing and sleeping.

No elevator, it’s not convenient to go upstairs with suitcases!

Great place, very convenient location, cozy small apartments, everything is clean, there is a convenient locker for suitcases, and there are even a londari where you can wash things, next to the Eiffel Tower!

The room is really small, especially the bathroom. However, it is not a big problem for a short stay in Paris.

The location of the room is excellent, it is right in the main focus points of Paris. We had no issue with the transportation. Plus, it is very very close to the Eiffel Tower, that we had enjoyed a lot. The room was very clean. It was smaller than we expected but there were everything that you may need in a room: Coffee machine, hairdryer, additional heater, plates,TV.. etc. The staff was also very friendly, kind and helpful. According to also my previous experiences, I can say that if you would like to spend some days in Paris, here is one of the best offers in the city.

I think couple of things needs some upgrade such as towels quality, iron doesn’t work well on woolen clothes.

Excellent location. Metro and Eiffel Tower is at walking distance. All the required amenities were provided. Very easy to check in and check out. Clean room.
