The pool area was really nice. I liked the nearby access to public transit into Chamonix. The staff were polite and helpful.

The handling of the bathrobes in the Spa could be improved. After every visit they will be washed which is not really eco friendly. It would be better to give a personal bathrobe to every hotel guest, so they can decide to reuse it or not. Also makes the way to the Spa more relaxed.

Very nice Hotel with grand views of the Mont Blanc. The Spa has Jacuzzi, Hamam, Sauna and a relaxing area + the pool has views of the mountains. The breakfast has everything you need to start the day and the dinner is also very tasty (might be a bit pricey as there is no other option around the Hotel to go for food)

In the room there was a wooded beam over one side of the bed which was low and was easy to bang your head on. Which I did. The jacuzzi in the spa was cold.

The bus times weren't correct and it was very difficult to get around as we had to just "hope" the bus would turn up which often took a long time

The car chargers in the garage and outdoor can only be used by Tesla’s; not by other EV’s.

The spa can only be visited if you inform /book it in advance. Maximum 4 people. The door in the bathroom was defect.

Unfortunately myself and my husband were really disappointed with the food. We booked 6 nights half board. The menu for dinner each evening was so limited, a set menu of 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts, plus one of each on a specials board. So basically a choice of 3 dishes each night. They don't cater for vegan or vegetarian with this set menu either. We ended up only eating in the restaurant 4 times out of the 6. Breakfast was a little better, again only limited to breads and fruit if you are vegan. The hot food choice was same every day, scrambled egg, boiled egg, bacon, sausage and crepes and pancakes. So overall if you just want a hotel room and no food, go ahead and book but if you want to enjoy lots of nice food and some variety and a lively atmosphere try somewhere else. The menu options need a serious review.

This is a beautiful hotel, looks to have been redecorated recently. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and all towels and linen were fresh. The hotel is 4km outside of the town centre of Chamonix however both the bus and train stop are a 2min walk away from the hotel and you can be in the centre of town in minutes. But do check the bus and train schedule because there was no public transport after 8.30pm and this was in August. I believe there is a late service during high season. A taxi is €30 each way.

We ate dinner in the restaurant several evenings but the food was generally a little boring and somewhat overpriced. Spa had to be booked in advance and included only a small jacuzzi, a steam bath and a sauna. Internet was very slow.

Resturant staff highly disorganized. The chef often coming out of the kitchen to look for the waiters. We waited 90 minutes for our dinner’s main course.

The TV is all in french, I asked if they could check the remote for a language option but apparently it didnt have that option, with so many people visiting it's a bit of a shame that you can't change the language of the tv or be able to put netflix.

I really love the hotel, the spa facilities were great and the breakfast was amazing.Tge swimming pool is heated and with amazing views. The free bus from Chamonix is only 5min away so it's super easy to get there.
