Arriving on a Tuesday evening the hotel restaurant and the pizzeria across the road were shut. Fortunately there is a bar next door, which was open with a limited but OK menu. The breakfast choice could be made better with a hot choice.

Comfortable hotel for long-distance cyclists crossing the Parc Régional des Landes de Gascogne between Bassin d'Arcachon and the Canal du Garonne. The hotel is less than 2 km north of the D 802 Voie Verte. The staff were friendly and welcoming and provided secure overnight storage for my bike. Breakfast was of continental fayre.

Restaurant shut Monday even during holiday times, so no dinner in evening, even the pizzeria was shut, not good idea when busy holiday periods.

The location is a bit isolated. They don’t provide dinner on Mondays, maybe on Sundays too, and the other bars and restaurants in the vicinity are also closed. You have to go to the supermarket if you want something to eat, ok if you have a car, but otherwise a 30 minute walk there and back.

The rooms are a bit cramped. We travelled with our labrador-33kg dog and there’s not enough room for the three of us.

It’s nice. The bathrooms are roomy.

Nothing really, all was good

sat nav took me right to the door so very easy to find, it was not very far off the motorway. was greeted by the receptionist who was very polite with good English capabilities, the room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Next morning the lady in attendance at breakfast was also very cheerful and helpful. When leaving the accommodation I drove into the small town and found the cheapest diesel/petrol that I found anywhere in France.

Check in at 5pm seemed a bit late to us as most hotels are 3pm, we were not told that this dog friendly hotel would not allow dogs in the breakfast room so we’re very dissapointed and have requested reimbursement

Our room was very small. We had no tea/coffee making facilities. We had two German Shepherds with us and they could hardly move around the bed. There is supposed to be a restaurant next door but it was shut. There were no other places to get food nearby.
