Amazing Stay with Excellent Service! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing! The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. A special shoutout to Marc, who was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout our visit. The receptionist was also fantastic, providing us with all the information we needed about the town, making our trip even more enjoyable. The entire experience was wonderful, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

There is no staff onsite after about 9pm. This was a bit unexpected, but no problem for me. I appreciate that 24-hour staffing would mean higher prices, and I prefer the current setup to paying more for something I wouldn't need. The ensuite bathroom in my room was a bit tight to maneuver in, probably because I was on the top floor with a sloping roof, but I thought it was well worth the the tradeoff for a better view and lots of floorspace in the main room. Folks who want a bigger bathroom can always book one of their larger rooms. On a few occasions when I returned late, I found that all of the water bottles had been taken by other guests, but in those cases I was able to go down in the morning to get water for tea. I asked the staff about this and they said they always put out enough water for everyone but that some people take multiple bottles. That makes sense to me.

I stayed in one of their "cosy" rooms and it was wonderful. The room itself was quite large, with a huge window that let in light and offered a nice view over the city. The decor and ambience were really nice; everything was super clean and new but also with a lot of charm. My room had a tea kettle and the staff made complimentary bottles of water available to guests every evening in the lobby. There was a tiny lift that I often used to go up to my room on the top floor, but also a nice staircase that I could use for the descent. Everything was in perfect working order all the time. My stay was very quiet and comfortable, and I loved being in the center of the old part of town.

There is nothing I can say that I didn't like even the WiFi signal was great.

My room was upgrades, the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was very good. I couldn't find anything wrong with my hotel and would definitely go back again.

I mention this as a heads up. As acknowledged in the description online, the small room is small. We were two people and it was fine as we did not spend much time there. The WC is very small and I am only 5’3” tall. I would absolutely stay here again but book a slightly larger room.

The hotel, the location and most importantly the staff were amazing! They seemed to love what they are doing and they were always pleasant and with a smile ❤️ We enjoyed our stay and we felt welcome. We are definitely going back when we will visit Saint Malo again

Everything! All the staff was extremely helpful, from the check-in to the check-out. The breakfast was amazing, we had the best far Breton here, and almost all the other products were produced in place. The beds are very comfy.

The lift is extremely small and a bit slow - useful for luggage, but just a word of warning if you struggle with stairs. This was absolutely not a problem for us, but useful for others to know.

The staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. The decor was lovely. Bed comfy and room was well furnished and clean. A brilliant location in the centre if the old town.

The best thing about the hotel are the staff who are warm and very welcoming with beautiful smiles on their faces. They are very helpful with information and practical suggestions on what/where/how to visit/great places to eat. The hotel itself is clean, cosy, well decorated, and very accessible. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

You can hear when people are in the hallway, but it wasn’t that bothersome, no one was too loud

Staff super friendly, they give you a map and write personal notes that were super helpful—like where the stairs are to walk the ramparts and when low tide is to get to some of the nearby islands. Room was really cozy and comfortable after a day out walking around

Just close to all shops and restaurants wonderful place to be at great top you the Intra Muros I highly recommend this lovely hotel with lovely staff with all my needs as a family and baby xxxxx

The couple in the front desk were superb, they are both very helpful with my questions and easily to communicate with. They provided excellent service and both lovely. My room is big and I can see the Cathedral from my window which is amazing. Would definitely recommend this place honestly
