Amazing Stay with Excellent Service! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing! The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. A special shoutout to Marc, who was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout our visit. The receptionist was also fantastic, providing us with all the information we needed about the town, making our trip even more enjoyable. The entire experience was wonderful, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

United StatesThere is no staff onsite after about 9pm. This was a bit unexpected, but no problem for me. I appreciate that 24-hour staffing would mean higher prices, and I prefer the current setup to paying more for something I wouldn't need. The ensuite bathroom in my room was a bit tight to maneuver in, probably because I was on the top floor with a sloping roof, but I thought it was well worth the the tradeoff for a better view and lots of floorspace in the main room. Folks who want a bigger bathroom can always book one of their larger rooms. On a few occasions when I returned late, I found that all of the water bottles had been taken by other guests, but in those cases I was able to go down in the morning to get water for tea. I asked the staff about this and they said they always put out enough water for everyone but that some people take multiple bottles. That makes sense to me.
I stayed in one of their "cosy" rooms and it was wonderful. The room itself was quite large, with a huge window that let in light and offered a nice view over the city. The decor and ambience were really nice; everything was super clean and new but also with a lot of charm. My room had a tea kettle and the staff made complimentary bottles of water available to guests every evening in the lobby. There was a tiny lift that I often used to go up to my room on the top floor, but also a nice staircase that I could use for the descent. Everything was in perfect working order all the time. My stay was very quiet and comfortable, and I loved being in the center of the old part of town.

CanadaI mention this as a heads up. As acknowledged in the description online, the small room is small. We were two people and it was fine as we did not spend much time there. The WC is very small and I am only 5’3” tall. I would absolutely stay here again but book a slightly larger room.
