The location was far from the city center, the bus connection did not work too well. The overall stay was quite pricy..

The room was below average, not as good as Best Western. There was only 1 coffee sachet per person per night. No choice of tea and coffee. The shower was badly set so that the water wet the floor.

The parking was convient and safe.

The room was clean however the property needs a good cleaning and an update. This is more of a motel than a hotel.Stairwell on the outside was dirty.Hear people passing since the window is facing the hallway.

The place around isn't safe, I had to take money from a ATV with my knife in my hand. Very dangerous at the night

The hotel doesn't have any privacy measures in place - anyone from outside could access their compound at any time. The rooms are all accessible through an open passageway. Long story short, I had a rather unsettling incident where a creep tried to enter my room at night. I was staying with a friend and we are both females. He looked in through the blinds and knocked on our door, but nothing was done after I reported the incident to security. After my stay, I emailed the hotel and their explanation was that he confused my room for his after a night out. However, my room's lights were on and the blinds were wide open, so he could clearly see who were inside. And why did he not try his card but knock on the door instead if he knew it was his room anyways? It was unsafe and traumatizing to say the least. I'd hate for others to go through the same uneasy experience, so please think twice before booking. There are plenty of other places that prioritize guest safety and take customer concerns more seriously.

The staff was not polite at all. The waitress in charge of service at the restaurant had an awful attitude: pretentious when answering in addition she did not indicate all the dishes to order not even their prices. In addition, Bad smell at the room and towels.

There is a foul odeur coming from the toilet drainages in both rooms we were staying. Workers moving trolleys (believe its for laundry) in early hours (3:50am) making loud noises and woke my family. My rooms were 31 & 32 which are close to there store rooms.

Pretty run down motel with very hard and uncomfortable mattresses. 3rd bed for the kid was even worse.

Everything was nice, the receptionist was amazing and very polite, room exceptional. Travelled alone and I felt safe In The hotel and the room. Plenty of space and nice comfy beds. Shower was ana in and bathroom clean. Staff is friendly and polite, really loved it.

the rooms are terrible. they are equivalent to a very cheap US hotel for twice the money. I would not recommend staying here. We cancelled our reservation after one night and lost two nights’ fees because it was so disappointing.

This place was a huge disappointment. The pictures look great on the website but the apartment is in a decrepit old building, you have to climb two flights of steep and narrow stairs to get to the entrance. The apartment is a duplex, the bathroom on the first floor reeks at all times which fills the inside of the apartment with a disgusting odor. The second floor wood floors creek which makes it impossible to sleep for those downstairs. The self check in is a disaster, with random and out if date instructions. The poor lady who tried to provide remote support did her best to help but there was only so much she can do. For this price it's better to go to a hotel.
