The hotel is on walking distance of All main attracties. Is has a large lounge which makes it a good place to spend some airconditioned time. Also breakfast available from 5!

The room was very small and could barely handle two medium size suitcases.

The hotel was within walking distance of all the important sites in town. Clean room and bathroom was nice. WiFi worked with little to no problems.

Photos of the bar on your website is making a big misunderstanding that it is a part of the hotel. I was hotel's guest and need to pay extra money just to able to sit there.

Nothing really negative. Room was on the small side, but that is typical for this area. No refrigerator, but that was definitely not a "deal breaker"

There was a notice at the front desk,saying that there would be a disruption to the hot water. However nothing was sent before the cut-off time for cancellation,so that I could book another place. No attempt to notify me before I arrived in France. After the first time that it happened, I was assured that the problem was fixed. 3 days later no hot showers again. It reached 3 °C that night so cold showers were not appreciated.Not even a discount for those nights was offered. In the rooms the beds had the top just pulled over without tidying the sheets,so it was left rumpled each day.Beds not really made. A noisy Salsa night was held straight under my room until well after midnight . I could understand if it was a Saturday night,but resorted to ear plugs in the end. Maybe a higher level room would be better.

Good position, close to the station and a short walk into the main centre. Some staff were welcoming,and apologised for the cold showers, but others were abrupt.It wasn't their fault-- that was the responsibility of the management. Good breakfast,with plenty of choices.

Excellent location, 2 minute walk to the train station and very close to town centre. Room was cleaned everyday, and they had even left a little activity pack for my daughter on arrival.

Campanile is located in an excellent location, easily accessible and close to center and main attractions. Staff was friendly and the check in was smooth, check out too. Room had everything we needed, was clean and very comfortable.

The first room we were given did not have air conditioning and the reception tried to convince us to take the room as they provided a fan, even though we specifically requested air conditioning. Parking is a bit challenging. The nearest lot is about 3 blocks away, but it's difficult to drive to with all the one-way streets and blocked turns. Our GPS didn't know about all the road inconsistencies, so be careful where you drive.

The room was adequate for our needs, and once we were able to get a room with air conditioning, it the worked properly. A reasonably close walk to the downtown core and old town square (a must-see).
