Room cleanliness is impeccable and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is great with a very fair price in comparison to the other options outside the hotel

The quality of the bed linen could have been better. It was poly/cotton and didn’t feel very luxurious.

There was a massive problem with the dinner. The food at the resto was simply disgusting. It was just some frozen food warmed up, but totally inedible. My overall rating doesn't include that. I didn't want to screw this hotel just because somebody made a really bad decision to sell such horrible food. The staff profusely apologized for the experience. So, if you book this place, you will enjoy your stay, just stay away from the resto (unless they hired a cook in the meantime:), and go eat out somewhere in the area.

Due to re-arrange of plans, booked 2 consecutive nights via different bookings. First night, the room was the only one on ground floor, which I do not recommend. Is loud (due to proximity to game room, were some re-works were done, and just in front of garages, and you can hear every car arriving or leaving). The room itself seemed unkept, with dirty walls and dressing, and painting scorching in some areas. The second room on first floor was much better.

The breakfast is amazing; very good products and diverse. Second room we stayed in was clean and comfy, and enjoyed it.

everything was excellent, but there is a fan noise in the bathroom that doesn’t go off. it doesn’t stop you from going to sleep but was annoying.

We unfortunately only could stay one night but felt very comfortable in Hotel Carlton from the very first beginning. The staff is very kind and helpful. The beach and the center of the village are in walking distance. Breakfast was just 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

My only complaint is the “heated pool” isn’t heated. Supposedly this is still heated in October and it was like an ice bath.

Honestly, the hotel is great! We didn’t want to leave! Rooms are super comfortable and clean, pool was quiet and very relaxing, breakfast had plenty of options for all, a lot of different drinks at the bar including a wide range of cocktails and piano that people would often play! Although you can’t sit on the balcony, they’re big enough to enjoy! The lady we checked in with (didn’t get her name unfortunately) was very good! Very friendly and even brought our bags up to the room for us - thank you!
