We upgraded our room on arrival as it was a bit dark. This was more expensive than we had hoped.

This is a very nice hotel with good standard of room, nice breakfast and helpful staff. The location is convenient for restaurants and the station. Use Uber to get to Nice rather than local taxis.

Great location just on the border of Beaulieu and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Charming hotel, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, very clean, good sized deluxe rooms, excellent breakfast. And a lovely jazz party every Friday night which was a nice touch. Will definitely return!

Some guests hang their wet clothes on the balcony railing with looks unsightly. However the hotel staff promised to have words. There is nothing at all to dislike about the hotel. We loved it.

The staff are so friendly, especially Rachel. The rooms are big, breakfast is fantastic and the pool area is so comfortable.

It would have been useful if there was a mirror in the room so I could put on my make up while partner used the bathroom and a few more coat hangers would be great.

Check in at Reception was smooth, everything explained and within 10 minutes we were sat poolside with a complimentary towel and a cold beer. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice, hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The pool area is well kept and has enough loungers. Well located, so just a short stroll to the main road and then into town or into Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Our flight home was at 9.45pm so, although we had to vacate our room at 11am, we were allowed to use the pool area until our taxi came.

only issue was the make up of the room each day, could be improved. cushions left on the floor, coffee and milk not replaced but nothing that an extra 5 mins wouldn’t fix.

good clean comfortable stay, pool area was great. east walk to beach and restaurants. breakfast had everything and more than you would want. Staff super helpful especially the lady who ran the breakfast service.

The room was really clean and well provisioned. The entire property was exceptionally clean and the staff were super attentive and friendly. It was a short walk to town, the beach and the station. They made a mean cocktail.

fabulous hotel in the perfect location. Close to the beach. Very comfortable beds and full shutters meant the room was dark and quiet. superb staff who genuinely couldn’t do enough for you! Lovely swimming pool too!

very little storage in bathroom ie shelf for cosmetics etc or a vanity unit hand basin was very big. would have liked dressing table and mirror in bedroom if someone in shower you can’t use mirror

The room was quite cold - the room temperature was consistently at 19 to 19.5 Celsius, whereas I usually prefer to keep my room at 21 Celsius. I ask the staff twice to address the issue, and they could not figure out how to get the central air to work properly.

The location is convenient, and the price was very affordable.

Room allocated was next to lifts. I had requested a room away from lifts in a quiet area of hotel. When asked if we could move was told it would be another 100 euros. Disappointing. Room a bit tired.

Team were very friendly and welcoming. Located within walking distance to beach, port, restaurants and shops. Lovely bathroom. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Loved the area.
