We liked everything, we realize that we were guests in their home.

We decided to do a bed and breakfast in a rural location rather than stay in Bayeux. We loved staying at Nicole and Eric’s home. They are very lovely, generous, hard working people (who do not speak English). Nicole uses Google translate well. They welcomed us like family and prepared a delicious breakfast each morning.

The owners are so friendly. They have taken great care to keep the house and gardens in immaculate and beautiful condition. The room for 3 persons was good enough with comfortable bed and it was spotless as well as the bathroom. Breakfast- astonishing!!

Wonderful home stay (B&B) experience. Nicole and Eric were so helpful and friendly and the room/bed were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was all home made and delicious. One thing to note: You need a car, or if you are on a bike as I was, it is a 5k ride to the village for dinner. I do not speak French and they do not speak English so we used google translate to get things done which was easy enough.

The hosts didn’t speak English but used a translating app to communicate. They were very kind & thoughtful. Breakfast included 4 different homemade preserves, 3 different breads, yogurt, cheese & baked egg custard. A fabulous stay for a reasonable price.

The room was a little bit small for us

The beautiful immaculte gardens surrounding the house. The hosts were two lovely friendly people and pretty modern for their age as all communication was carried expertly out with Google translate. Chapeaux Nicole.

Excellent location for Bayeux & D Day Memorials. Beautiful property, spotless accommodation & lovely gardens. The host was very nice & clearly presented all relevant information very thoughtfully (for non French speaking Brits) via a smart phone translator. Breakfast was delicious, fresh & tasty with a couple of home made Normandy treats included. Highly recommended.

Impeccably clean, had part of the home to ourselves, private toilet and beautiful bathroom, bedroom had very comfortable bed, plenty of storage for motorcycle gear and patio doors leading to our private terrace, a garage for the motorcycle

The location was perfect for our needs… it is very close to Normandy sites, especially Arromanches and Bayeux. The breakfast was absolutely perfect! Homemade crepes, yogurt, jams, and rice pudding, fresh bread from the bakery, ham and Camembert. Our hosts were a lovely couple, who take great pride in their immaculate guest home The garden surrounding the house is stunning! ! If you are looking to stay in a home, with French character and charm… this is your place!

This was our favorite breakfast of our vacation. Our hosts were terrific and could not have been more gracious. We were welcomed into their home and treated like honored guests. The yard was lovely and we enjoyed a take away dinner on the patio. The morning breakfast was completely homemade including the yogurts, jams, bread and lovely crepes. Everything was charming and authentic.

Location just outside Bayeux in a nice peaceful location, great host and breakfast included. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

I was not bothered but worth a note for those sensitive to noise... you will be able to hear the TV or conversations at a normal volume from other rooms.

The photos do not do the room or the bathroom justice. I stayed in the room with the private bathroom. The yogurt was homemade - Madame spoiled me with it every morning - as were the yummy crepes and confitures, it was all perfect. The house is on a dead-end street so very quiet and the garden was well kept and lovely. Parking is along the roadside, on a dead end street. It looked like most houses on the street had their own parking spaces / garages on the property so there was no juggling for parking space while I was there (end June 2022).

Nothing everything was as it should clean and the proprietors where so help full.

The whole atmosphere was superb and the owners where so helpful. This is one in a million place, if you want to see the Bayeux tapestry or the Normandy beaches both are within easy reach.

The only problem we had was the language barrier not being able to community properly with the proprietors, but we got we got by.

The location was within easy reach for the museums & beaches. The shower at the property was excellent although the room was a little small.
