We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

location brilliant and quiet. Owners were helpful and friendly. Petit dejeuner, the owner gave us some of her jam and freshly picked figs to take away which was a bonus.

A lovely traditional Breton building with excellent gardens. The breakfast area was good and it could be used later in the day to save eating out twice.

BelgiumOur bedroom itself was rather small (difficult to find a place to open big suitcase), could use some touch-ups, and the pillows were very hard.
Charming B&B on calm location, close to beaches and other interesting places, good starting point to visit Pointe de Raz or Presqu’île De Crozon. Good value for money! Beautiful garden, great breakfast, very nice bathroom, and last but not least: Nancy was the best host we had during our journey trough Bretagne! She was very welcoming, helpful and ready to give advise when you asked for it - while she was not overly present when you just needed your space. In short: she has a very good sense of the needs of her guests! (And 2 cute dogs present)

United KingdomThe only dissapointment was that the bed in our room was uncomfortable, but we advised the owner and she is going to replace it.
What an incredible place! A lovely courtyard complex in a rural farming location, but very close to beaches and a short drive from Douarnenez to the south and Crozon to the north. The bedroom was nice, with excellent shower facilities. The garden is wonderful, which was a delight, as we had our dog staying with us. She was free to roam and enjoyed meeting the owner's friendly labradors. The proprietor is very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was the best we have ever had! Nothing was too much trouble for them, including gluten-free food for me, and the large dining room has a lovely ambience, where we could meet and chat with the owners and other guests.
