No lift or elevators for upper floor rooms. If you have heavy bags it’s inconvenient but then it’s a hotel in a chateau and they have not upgraded to include an elevator.

Great location near train station, park, shops, food, clean large rooms, large upgraded bathrooms, excellent breakfast and staff. Felt like home.

Nothing - this place was perfect for us!

This place is a right jewel. It is so comfortable and well appointed, so tastefully decorated. The owners live-in, and are very attentive but discreet when you don’t need them. The bedroom with the huge bath was a delight after a 500 mile drive. A soak in there took the strains away. Nevers is a great little city. Didn’t have too much time to explore. If ever we go back, I’d book this place and this room again. Great breakfast! Free secure off-Road parking is a plus.

Room was comfortable and clean. New and perfect. Mix up on our reservation put us there only one night. Although everything was great with place I felt like the staff felt we were putting them out. AND check out at 10:00 is unacceptable. It’s just rude. .

No elevator; Maybe an extension cord with USB for our gadgets

Home away from home. Our host was friendly and took time to explain how to get in and out of property which made it easy for us. Breakfast was lovely with fresh warm breads and crepe. Try the poached egg so host can demonstrate use of gadget how to cleanly break it. Interesting. Wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely old property in the centre of town, with private off road secure parking and a large quiet garden, lots of old, period features and some great decoration. The room and bathroom we stayed in were large with a view over the park opposite. I don’t think I have ever stayed in such a quiet place especially in the centre of a town/city. Breakfast was all you could ask for. The host / owner was very friendly and gave us lots of information.

Friendly and welcoming, on site parking and opposite park. Lovely decoration throughout. quirky touches. egg cracker fun. note next to school so arriving at school pick up need to account for the parent pick up on one way road. call ahead and Gate open ready .. Great place and town.,
