There's no bar where you can have a drink. You have to go in for dinner to get one. On this visit there were 2 things that were below par, 1, in the restaurant they set a table right up against the bar for dinner. I felt very much in the way. 2, the shower head in the bathroom (room 14) was broken.

I always use the chico when I'm in St omer. Good parking, good staff, good restaurant and decent value.

Excellent location for the Euro Tunnel. We have eaten at the restaurant before, and it is very good, but as they were closed Sunday evening, we had a meal at the Indian restaurant opposite, which is excellent. Comfortable bed and pillows. Pet friendly, and ideal walking opposite along the river bank.

There's no bar where you can have a drink when you arrive. There is a terrace but that's no good at the end of October. Also, there's no cold tap water without you having to run and waste many many litres of water. They do provide a wee bottle of drinking water. But it's not enough.

Iv stopped here on several occasions. It's good value and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good also.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, the shower is powerful and hot. The room is small but adequate. we had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Good location for the Euro Tunnel.

Room at top very hot even with fan. A bit empty feeling - I saw no-one else.

Next to station, easy to walk to town. Good breakfast.

The hotel is about 15 minutes to the centre ...

The hotel has comfortable accommodation, and the choice of menu was excellent at Dinner and Breakfast. The complimentary parking is a bonus, and the hotel is next to the beautiful building - The Station. There is a lovely outdoor patio area for drinks. The staff were very welcoming, and we will return.

Not quite so convenient for the centre of town, shops, other restaurants etc, which are about 20 minutes' walk. Room size was quite small and parts of it were poorly lit. I couldn't get the coffee maker to work.

Right next to the station, with friendly staff and a good restaurant. I was in an attic conversion at the top of the building, which was quiet, with sloping ceilings.

Comfortable bed and pillows, the room was clean and warm. Friendly lady checked us in. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment. Good location for the Channel Tunnel. There is a restaurant, but ate at the Indian restaurant opposite, which was very good.

Good for a stopover to Callais. Comfortable bed and pillows, all very clean. Very powerful hot shower.. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed in the evening, so we went to the Indian opposite, which was excellent. Can't comment on the breakfast, as we left early.

Basic, compact room, but perfect for a short or overnight stay.

Very friendly and clean hotel. Well located with adequate parking. Easy to find. Great restaurant, with superb food and service, and good breakfast available. 30 miles from ferry/shuttle and very attractive location.

We couldn't get into the hotel when we arrived as it was locked up but after a couple of calls we manged to get hold of someone.

Location is excellent to the center, 5 mins walk. Staff are friendly and helped when the could.

The room needs a thorough clean, whilst the bedding and bathroom were very clean, the shelves etc need a proper dust.
