There’s no air con in the rooms which will be absolutely fine most of the time - we just happened to visit during a very hot spell which made the room a little uncomfortable. This isn’t a complaint at all - just a heads up if this is important to you or you’re travelling during high temperatures.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and spacious, well equipped studios. Excellent value for money.

Very very loud, you could hear all the noise in the building. There is no AC.

The room did not have a hair dryer. The shower water could have better pressure and the shower hose could be longer.

The hotel was excelent in relation to value for money. Great location and comunication with the city! The rooms are big and very comfortable, with a little terrace with great views to a garden. The staff was very kind too.

The bathroom needs a shelf in the shower - The glass screen in the shower didn't meet the wall properly therefore water seeped onto the bathroom floor.

The rooms could use some updating and seem to be slowly coming apart. Many times we stay at a hotel, we ask the receptionist if they might help us call a cab, since our data/language skills may be lacking. A cab from here to CDG shoul've been ~60 euro. However, the receptionist apparently called a friend or random driving service. The driver showed up almost 20 minutes late and was not a cab at all. I was already running late on our schedule since he showed up late, or I would've refused service. Then he charge 100 euro instead of the normal ~60. Ripoff service, which left a sour taste in my mouth about the hotel.

The stay was very good for the price. Conveniently located to metro stations, and the bed was very comfortable. Most of the staff was good.

There was no balcony in the room. They send a form via email before arrival, but all my requests were ignored. Loud boiler clicking sounds after a shower, loud pipe sounds when other floors flushing the toilet. Room service did not clean the room not even once during our stay. Late check in time with no exceptions.

The hotel was a bit further out that I had hoped. It's a lot of walking--if you want to walk--to get to places. However, the metro is close. Only the Paris metro is kinda a crazy with snaking lines, so you risk having to make 3 changes to get where you want to go. But I would stay here again because of the dog friendliness.

Pet friendly hotel. Rooms are large, spacious, and modern. I had a little balcony. The kitchenette was very handy and had everything you needed. Also safe in room added sense of security. The rooms were quiet. Bed super comfortable.

A renovated hotel near metro stations. The room was big (for Paris center standards) and was cleaned every 2 days. In the lobby there is a machine with free coffee tea chocolate etc

The hotel is at a very nice spot. Just next to the metro, in five minutes you had already taken the metro. Super market and bakery in five minutes walking too.Very convenient!

I stayed there for the third time. Nice rooms with little kitchenette with all necessary things. Very comfortable beds! Very good wifi. Free water filling station in the lobby
