Location is convenient to transportation, shopping and eating out. Great brasserie across the street. Even a McD's next door. Also, couldn't beat the view of the Eifel Tower from our room.

Bathroom slightly tired in places replacement silicone/grout needed in some areas. Request via Booking,com for two beds rather than a double, didn't seem to have reached the hotel despite a confirmation from Booking.com

Didnt get off to a good start as out Booking.com reservation was not on the holels system and therefore they were not expecting us . Thet did provide us with a room and we relocated to the room type we had reserved the following day . Offered meal in compensation for the mixup

Ths is a return visit for us as it met all our needs. Apartment hotel with lifts, walk in shower large bed and wonderful views of the Eiffel tower . Its next to a 3 line metro station , 15 minutes walk from Eiffel tower and taxi rank right across the street . The staff were so kind and helpful especially Brenda and Antoine. Highly recommend.

The hallways felt a bit outdated compared to the rooms but wouldn’t deter us from another stay.

The lady at the front desk with the long, dark braids was so helpful. We ended up having two separate reservations and had to change rooms. She remembered our names on the second day when we came to the front desk for our new room. She made recommendations for transportation and gave directions to where we needed to go. She was lovely! The rooms were modern and spacious, very clean. That room with the Eiffel Tower view - absolutely amazing!

Noise from near by trains

Location to excellent restaurants and cafes was great and 15 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Fantastic Monoprix right across the street and nice shopping area close by.

You can feel and hear the metro rumble through the hotel between 5am and 2am. Get used to it but not great if you're a light sleeper.

Location was great overall, hotel staff were nice, decent restaurants in area, nice base for Eiffel Tower, Sunday market underneath the rail line had a stunning array of fresh produce.

Only one lift worked the entire visit of three nights. The city tax is very steep! Good if TV had Netflix app.

The rumbling of the trains. Fortunate they stopped at Midnight or so.

The location was very good and at the same time a bit noisy. It was right across the way from subway and trains so one can literally get to any place one would like. The top rooms have Eiffel Tower views but the advertising is deceiving. The reason we selected this hotel was that the most expensive room had a front view of the Eiffel Tower and it was significant larger. Room 704 see photos below. When we checked in, we are told that we reserved a “room type”. Ok. We reserved the room featured in the ad as 1 room available. See photos below. Room 704 is the room we reserved. They gave us Room 708. Had side view of tower, nine from the bed as pictured and much smaller room. Fortunately the room residents vacated the following day and staff let us change the room but they charged us for a cleaning fee to do so. Staff were great! But the ad is totally misleading especially for the price we paid.

Although we got used to it, the area surrounding the hotel is very loud. The metro goes underneath the adjacent road and as such the room we were in shook every time a train used the station. We were in room 212. The first night was disturbed but we did get used to it and we would book this property again. Also, the corridors were very outdated and the carpet was wet in places on the second floor but it was well maintained everywhere else.

We thought the location was ideal - it is next to Rue du Commerce and there are a wide variety of shops, bakeries, pharmacies and chains to visit. The La Motte-Picquet Grenelle metro station is immediately outside the main door and serves lines 6, 8 and 10. The Eiffel Tower is about 10 mins from the hotel via walk or metro. The reception has hot drinks and takeaway cups which is a nice touch. The one bedroom apartment had plenty of facilities and a large fridge. The amenity room meant we could grab extra towels etc as and when. The hotel also had friendly staff. There was a fire alarm when we visited and it was dealt with very well by the staff. Thank you for making our little girl feel so welcome!
