Overall the rooms and corridors have seen better days. The interior is not of the quality I would expect for the price.

The photos of the room was at the corner of the building with a little table and chair outside to dine in front of the Eiffel Tower view, but the room we had did not have a seat outside to dine and we could not see the Eiffel Tower view from where we were eating inside the room, which was a little disappointing.

The location was very convenient beside a metro and the view of the Eiffel Tower right out of the window was priceless!

However the apartments are very small, the decor is dated and tired, and wasn't nearly as good as the photos. Shower was above the bath and had low pressure. 1 bath towel each to last 3 nights. I felt it was poor value for money, particularly as they charged us for 4 people but our 4th person didn't stay all the nights.

Great location, right opposite La Motte-Piquet-Grenelle Metro station, and a 10 minute walk to the Tour Eiffel. Citadines apartments are usually well equipped, clean and functional. The Reception is open 24/7, which is handy if you have an early start or late arrival.

reception staff are quite uncommunicative and unhelpful. Variable depending who you got as some attempted to at least try and be helpful.

great location, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. Lots of nice bars/cafes/restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets/shops. Rooms bigger than average, everything you need.

The Eiffel Tower view was stunning. The rooms are in style and they contain everything you need, including a small kitchen. Also, the bed was really comfortable and soft. Finally, the balcony provided a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower, which added to our enjoyment of our stay. We are looking forward to returning in the near future.

The first room we were put in was dirty and nothing like the pictures. We were quick to complain and the staff moved us to another room which was similar to the pictures and clean. The staff were very friendly with the whole situation so I cannot fault them however even the second room felt well worn.

The location was fantastic and the staff were super friendly. The rooms are a decent size with reasonable facilities. Free coffee in reception was a plus

arrived at 1pm and asked to leave suitcase until check in was told we could come back in an hour to check in early, when we came back we were accused of lying and made to feel silly for even thinking we could check in early when we never even suggested it then the room was not ready until 4pm an hour after check in time. room is a lot smaller than in photos and a lot of the facilities aren’t actually available. fire alarm went off twice one morning no explanation from reception with what’s happening or any apology.

amazing location, 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, lots of restaurants and supermarkets within minutes of the hotel, McDonald’s directly underneath for quick food and the metro is directly opposite the hotel so great to get around! beds were really comfortable and the view of the tower was beautiful!

Nice Citadines apartment on 5th floor with great view of the Eiffel Tower as requested. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. There is a bit of noise from the metro but the windows were very well sound proofed. The metro connections are excellent with three lines available at the station with a 1 minute walk. 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower .

the location is fab, there is 3 metros and a bus right outside and you can walk to eiffel tower. There are terraces and restaurants all around and some nice shops around the corner as well. We had an apartment with 2 kids, the apartment had eiffel tower view and all you need incl a kitchen and washing machine dishwasher. It is a little dates but it does the trick. The ouch transforms into two beds for the kids and parents a seperate bedroom. There is a train/metro right outside, this one does not give noise, however the one underground does give trembles and some noise in the entire building. On Sundays there is a food market right outside, loved that too! There is plenty of bakeries and supermarkets around to make breakfast in the apartment.

The Property was in a great location with only a 18 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Beautiful scenery from rooms that provide a view of the Eiffel Tower. Could not recommend more for a romantic getaway.

I would highly recommend Citadines Tour Eiffel for your stay in Paris. It was centrally located by the metro. You're no more than 20 minutes from any of the sites. There were many restaurants and bakeries to choose from. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The studio was the perfect size for 2 people and if you choose the room with the Tower view, you get an actual view from your small balcony. I would definitely stay here again

Lift kept breaking down. And on day one, the reception guy said I couldn't get in before 3pm but I actually was allowed in at 1pm. Be more helpful.
